La la land Resort

I had a great experience at La La Land Resort in Goa! The staff were super energetic and welcoming — they even celebrated my birthday, which made my stay extra special. The resort is spacious and beautifully surrounded by greenery and trees, offering a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. Only feedback: the toilets, though clean, are quite old and could use an upgrade. Once that's taken care of, everything else is perfect! Highly recommend for a relaxing and nature-filled getaway.

Don't go with lot of expectations or by looking at the reviews. Location of the resort is decent if you have the vehicle specially two wheeler. Its near patnem beach which is 5 mins away from the resort. We stayed in Card of House (Luxury Stay a/c to resort) but there was no such luxury in it. Rooms are oldish and not so cool. AC problem during day time from 10-11 am till evening 5-6 pm. No proper locks to the door, door slider was jammed and visitors have to bear with it. Bathroom is spacious but stinky, one will always try to avoid going to bathroom due to unbearable gutter smell. Food is average though. Disappointed with the reception guy who always to try to show visitor mistakes by giving reasons. Some reasons by resort - 1. Ac not working - No diesel for generator and boy is out to arrange the same. They have a table fan to cool you and the room temperature. 2. Bathroom Smell - May be due to doormat in the bathroom and they stick air freshener packets. 3. Room Cleaning - No fresh towels, toothkit, bedsheets for 2 days. They have a policy to clean the room only after 2 days so you have to bear with it. However, after decent argument they cleaned our room and bathroom. 4. Refridgerator - They had a fridge in the room which is not cooling and the response we got from resort is room service boy will check. No proper arrangements in short. 5. Cupboard - Broken cupboard which is in bathroom passage and we hardly used it. In total, better to avoid this resort and look for other options nearby with same or cheaper rates in south goa. The Serene Stay is a fantastic hotel with a peaceful ambiance and modern, clean rooms. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the stay truly enjoyable. The on-site restaurant serves delicious food, with a great variety for breakfast. Its convenient location near attractions and transport adds to its charm. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing experience!

We stayed at la la land for 4 days for vacation. The experience was awesome. The place is very quiet and peaceful. We were 4 girls took family room. The room is very space with spacious bathrooms and porch. During our stay we felt very safe and comfortable. Staffs were very friendly. 3 major beach spots are near this resort in walkable distance. I would definitely recommend this place for family and female travellers.

very poor rooms and washrooms AC’ s were not working We had to change cottages Water shortage Power shortage And loads of excuses Excellent location When AC stopped w/o irking suddenly at 10 on our first night there, we couldn’t find any staff to help us in that situation . There was a big hole in one of the washrooms. Don’t know what to say Staff was humble but ………

I recently stayed at La La Land Resort in Palolem, Goa, and had a truly memorable experience. If you’re looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay in South Goa, La La Land Resort is the perfect place. I would highly recommend it and can’t wait to visit again!

The service needs to be improved, the food quality was average, we decided to have food in outside cafes. For simple tea which we order in rooms, we had to remind twice each time. Slow service

Our family of six visited la la land resort a week ago. We really enjoyed our stay as the rooms were neat, clean and amidst greenary.n.natures beauty. Staff were helpful, prompt and smiling n not rude at all. Food was yummy n good spread menu. Met the owner n Manager who were very polite and.helpful. Thanks to each one of them for the service catered to us. Would highly recommend. Best wishes
