La Laguna Gran Hotel

Flawless hotel, we had a wonderful one night stay here. Bike friendly. Comfortable, quie, clean, spacious rooms and beautiful decor in the common areas. Wish we had time to try the cafe & food and enjoy the facilities. They kindly left us a very nice packed lunch as we had to leave before breakfast. Staff were great, highly recommend.

We arrived and was difficult to park near the hotel. After asking the reception we found the way to the garage to park the car, nobody informed me that the parking is not for free during the check in. ||We asked to put some small ice bags on their freezer for the transportation of medicine the next day. They said is impossible you have to inform us in advance to inform our manager. They left us like that. We were to 5 other hotels before this hotel and it was never problem. ||The room was ok. The breakfast was Amazing I can say it was the only thing I liked there.||We were on halfboard, the dinner was a la carte. You couldn’t get sat at all, and really bad dishes not tasty at all.||At the check out day I asked how to go out from the parking and they said you have to pay first 12€ for the parking day. So much for parking in a normal hotel we don’t pay in Switzerland!!! After the dinner we were still hungry, we walked around to find something to eat but almost nothing around at this time 21:00. ||First and last time I go to this hotel. ||You better search another with better service and better location than this.

I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was outstanding delicious, varied, and freshly prepared every morning. The hotel itself has a very pleasant atmosphere with tasteful design. A special mention goes to Hector at the reception: he represents the hotel in the best possible way!Highly professional, always friendly and cheerful. He provided me with very helpful information and insider tips about the island and the region. Absolutely recommendable – I will gladly come back!

Excellent hotel in the historical part od Town| I lovec the old part in a centuries old restored building with lovely patio. Bu modern part is also inviting with čist rooms and all amenities one could wish. The personnel was extremly attentive and kind. The good was great, sleep Quality perfect in a quiet enviornment. The design is an inviting mixture od old and New.

Very nice hotel in the city centre of la Laguna. The staff is very attentive. Even in the middle of the night we received three complementary water bottles to our room. I was so shocked, I couldn’t even tip the guy, who brought the water. Tried to make up for it with a bit of extra tip in the pillow the next morning. Rooms are of good standard, and integrated in the classic architecture of the old town hotel building. Hotel seems to be aiming for 5 stars in the nearer future, so stay tuned. We don’t check the restaurant or the other facilities of the hotel, as we had a rather business oriented schedule.

Gran Hotel has among the coolest hotel entrences I have seen. That sets the atmosphere of the whole place. You have everything you need there, and then some. There is a bar/cafe, swimming pool, gym, fine rooms, and mine had a fantastic balcony. Among the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Ohh, the staff is great.

Beautiful hotel in the town center. Lovely rooms, gorgeous patio, lovely rooftop pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was excellent and affordable. Only minor point is € 12 per time you cross the barrier of the hotel parking. The municipal parking under the square is € 7,5 for 24h.

A beautiful hotel right in the centre of La Laguna. Loved the lounge area with the cafe attached, for tea/dessert time and drinks! The service is impeccable, very professional and welcoming. The restaurant is a wonderful find! Will definitely stay here again on future visits.
