The hotel is beautiful with a welcoming foyer with seats to linger over a hot chocolate or a glass of wine. There are several smaller seating areas inside as well as lots of outdoor space to relax in. The staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. The restaurant offers a great breakfast and a well priced meals. Rooms in both the older and newer parts of the building are a good size, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms pleasant. I’d certainly recommend this as a place to stay.

I absolutely loved this boutique hotel. It is centrally located to explore the old town (La Laguna). My bedroom was decorated so nicely. There is a lounge decorated with comfy sofas and plants to enjoy your coffee as well as a nearby bar. There is a rooftop pool and jacuzzi. I wish I could have stayed longer than one night.

A very convenient hotel in a beautiful old town. Also easy access to walking in the Anaga area, and to Santa Cruz. The public areas of the hotel are in the old building and very attractive. Rooms are comfortable and modern, a good size, and comfortable beds. Good toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast is very good, with a huge choice of hot and cold food, always replenished if things run out. The half board dinner option is very good value, with a good variety of tasty fresh food. A nice roof terrace with swimming pool - we didn't use it but it looked great.

Good location. The air ventilation system in the hotel was out of order (bad smell in the rooms). Service in general was very good. Caution, however. There were several irregularities with the invoice (several hundreds of Euro). It seems they wanted to "get some extra money" from the customer using tricks. Will never book this place again.

The perfect location, at the heart of La Laguna historical centre. They have an underground car park, which was very convenient, and staff very helpful and polite. The building is fantastic. Cannot find any fault! Definitely highly recommended.

We were there for part of our honeymoon and there was a leak in our ceiling that was constantly dripping. We asked them to fix it and they came right away and claimed it was fixed. The leak started again immediately. They came again so we left for a few hours while they went to fix it. The leak started again as soon as we were back. The cycle repeated and we ended up giving up and just not getting much sleep as we listened to the constant dripping all night. In the morning we asked for a fix again and the cycle continued. They offered us breakfast for the next day after the third time. We asked for a new room and they said they were full. Though they did offer us the same free breakfast repeatedly hoping that would make up for it. Finally they told us that had been lying and there was a room available they just clearly didn’t want to give it to us because it was a nicer room, but they finally did at after midnight. Once we switched to the big room that didn’t leak the room was great and if they had handled all of that better and we had gotten some sleep it may have been a decent stay.

Great location in historic center, old building that was transformed to fancy hotel with old style finish. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. There were few things that should be improved: 1. Tge floor from elevator to rooms is covered with nice carpet, but I guess as it is old building the actual floor under it us uneven, so the suitcase or a person might trip, like a pothole that is unexpected and not always visible due to carpet. Also a small electric cattle inside the room would have been nice. Upon check in we got onky 1 key card for room of 2 adults, but you need the key for everything, lights in the room, or for elevator. It should be default to give at least 2 room key cards and avoid us come back to request another key.
