We had an amazing stay at your hotel in Sardinia! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The hotel itself was beautifully clean and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. But what really made our stay stand out was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always willing to lend a hand and made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend your hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Sardinia. We arrived with a day delay, because of a Lufthansa’s problem. They gave us a different room than the first one that we booked. Because of the noise in the bathroom ( from the air conditioning, and the smell we close the bathroom door. After 3 times of opening and closing the bathroom door, it blocked 😡 Thank god no one inside. We went to the reception and the manager was gone. Only a lady ( who had no idea what to do cane), she called the manager who didn’t pay any attention. The lady from the reception gave us two options. To change the room to a worse one or stay in the same room and use the bathroom of a different room 1 floor down🙄. Next morning the manager came, broke the door and said “ you could have your bath or anything to the other’s room bathroom. And then he disappeared. I leave the comments to the rest if you.

We just loved this charming hotel. The decor is really lovely. The hotel is very central and tidy, with very good showers. One of hotel’s best asset was Nadia who took very good care of us; both during the booking stage and during our stay; she also gave us very good suggestions with regards to very good restaurants serving delicious food at very reasonable prices. Parking was available in a parking area, very close to the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was stunning and the staff were great especially the lady at breakfast so lovely! The staff at reception were very welcoming ! Our room which was the princess suite was stunning! Had a great time, the location was good as well has some great restaurants in the Village! It did not disappoint thanks Lee& Claire

Great boutique hotel with helpful friendly staff in a super location! We loved our 2 night stay, very comfortable and close walking distance to super restaurants. The room was very comfortable and buffet breakfast had everything and more! Great location in the old part of Olbia, near the port & vibrant Centre. Will return and recommend

This is a boutique hotel with loads of charm and character. Our Junior Suite was comfortable and classy, but not overly large. The balcony is only for the petit.||The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the old city, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The military harbour is also an easy walk, and has a nice promenade shaded by palms and umbrella pines.||The breakfast room on the lower level is quaint, and the breakfast is good - a variety of breads, rolls, croissants, local honey and jam, scrambled eggs and bacon.||The service is excellent, and we were particularly thankful to Ilaria who helped us rebook our ferry to Corsica, when the weather forecast threatened to cancel that crossing. (waiting a few days was not really an option) As is often the case with those who provide excellent customer service, Ilaria did not think she had done anything special. Those of us who are the beneficiaries of such service know better! Thank you again, Ilaria.

La Laconda was a wonderful surprise. It was a great experience made exceptional by the very friendly and accommodating Concierge Alex. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated how immediate the access to the main restaurant and shopping area of Olbia was. I recommend this location for its comfortable rooms and great staff

Charming people in a charming hotel in the centre of town. Our room might have benefitted from tea and coffee making facilities and we struggled to get the TV to work properly. However the staff looked after us very well and they were eager to make our visit enjoyable which means a lot. Thank you.

La Locanda del Conte Mameli Hotel Via delle Terme 8 Olbia SS, Italy We booked this hotel for Sunday August 27th and 28th checking out on the 29th of 2023. We booked the Queen Suite Spa Martina for the first night and the Princess Suite Spa Giada for the second. The Hotel is very nice and the people who work the front desk are very professional and courteous. The problem we had is the temperature in Olbia at the time was 91F/33C during the day and 73F/23C and very humid. Apparently the Air conditioner was not working the first night. They provided a small fan but the humidity and heat made for a rough night. Without screens on the windows and the high humidity, we kept them shut. We asked to speak to the manager, and they said he was not at the hotel. I politely asked for a discount for the air conditioning not working and they said they would pass it on to the manager. The office staff said they would have him get a hold of us prior to our departure on the 29th. He never got in touch with us nor emailed us to apologize or compensate us in any way. Several weeks after arriving home I emailed the hotel asking for some sort of resolution and did not receive any response. As lovely as this hotel is, I would NOT RECOMMEND staying here as the hotel's management only cares about money and not the well-being of his guests
