We enjoyed our stay here! The view and the outdoor shower were highlights. Very serene and easy walk into town. I would suggest to use bigger mosquito nets for the bed (that reach the floor) because ours had a big gap at the back and we got lots of mosquito bites.

The most gorgeous hotel, the photos on booking.com don't do the place justice. Stunning views and amazing yoga classes (not included but v reasonable at 100pesos for over 90min class). Rooms have gaps / open sections to the outdoors but we had no issues with bugs. Fans kept the room cool at night. A short stroll to the beach and views from right in front of our bedroom door, and also from the terrace. Would consider going back to Zipolite just to stay here! Incredible value also!

My husband and I booked our stay at La Loma Linda's for 4 nights and ended up staying for 2 weeks! This place is literal paradise. The owners/hosts are absolutely divine and beyond accommodating (especially as we moved around from room to room because we couldn't bare the thought of leaving). If you're ever going to visit Zipolite, this is the only place to stay. The location is the best in the town, not to mention the views from most of the rooms are incredible. The rooms are so well thought out. Deiter (one of the owners) mentioned that everything was carefully designed to work with the pre-existing environment, and that pretty much everything has been handmade. It's safe to say that we absolutely adored our stay here and would recommend it to anyone that will listen to us.

We stayed three nights in La Loma Linda. The owners build the whole place themselves and their complex of little houses upon this beautiful hill, looks very nice and lush. Staff is very friendly and helpful. All of the houses are a little different, but they're all spacious and well taken care off, many of them with amazing views to the ocean, which is just across the street. There's a little bar which provides great breakfast and there's the opportunity to to yoga daily. We absolutely loved it here and hope to come back in the future.

We loved this place. We booked for a hut with a perfect view over the wide beach and also had a hammock on our terrace which was my personal favorite. The owners, all staff were super nice, I also liked the gardening. You can also have breakfast here at a small price and attend yoga classes. We extended our stay and would love to come back

Stayed here for a 10 day trip on the Oaxaca coast. It’s right across the street from the beach and access is very easy. The place is very well run, very clean , staff is attentive and friendly, yoga upstairs and a dining area that serves great breakfast. The bungalows are very nice, and I personally love the outdoor showers. If choosing a bungalow, get a higher one, as they have more views of the ocean on the deck. I recommend contacting the hotel directly and booking with the hotel through WhatsApp for the best service, availability and rates. You can find that on their website. It was a nice place to hang the hat for my holiday

I stayed in a room with a shared dry toilet and outdoor shower, both, not a problem for me. ||The view from the top at the reception area is amazing. But, the climb up the stairs from the beach is not. ||Pros: The view over the beach and town is fantastic. The staff are friendly and very helpful and rooms at La Loma Linda were very good. I really enjoyed the outdoor shower, mozzie net was mended and big. The hammock was comfy too. The Garden is beautiful with lots of healthy plants and trees growing on the property. The buildings of natural wood and stone are solidly constructed and visually beautiful. Compared to my previous hotel on the beach it was very peaceful and quiet, especially at night.|| I didn't join in the yoga but the studio space is lovely, large and breezy. ||Cons: the climb up from the beach. If you are staying in a lower cabanna it's not a big deal as they can be reached by one or two stair cases. I didn't count them but there are a lot of narrow stairs up from the beach to the reception area and my room. I am currently doing rehab on a hip and ankle injury so, although it was probably "good for me", combined with the beach walking, to and from restaurants, it was a lot of physical effort. My whiny bit is I would come from the beach refreshed from a swim and be sweating buckets by the time I reached the top and needing a shower. You can avoid the stairs by going around to the main gate on the road but it's a much longer walk and I wouldn't do it at night alone. If you're driving I suppose it would be OK. And bring bug spray here. ||I suspect if you're staying in one of the lower cabanas the place is perfect. I didn't see inside them but they looked to have great balconies and outdoor spaces. I'd chose one of them if I was to return here.||Breakfast was meh. I preferred Cafe Esmerelda in town, delicious veggie omelettes.||

I hopped around a lot in the little charming town of Zipolite, and this hotel sanctuary has been by far my favorite place I have stayed. Every bungalow (I slept in 3 different ones due to my own erratic planning) has its own charm and personality. The bungalows are uniquely furnished and constructed but all have an incredible isolated view of the ocean. I have been fortunate to have traveled all around the world, but few places have impressed me to the level of this place. What impressed me the most is how nice the owner was with me. She was so accommodating and kind, beyond what was necessary. My only regret is not having taken one of the many yoga classes that they offer. I will be back soon for yoga and lodging soon.
