La Lucciola

The food is really really good. Was going to take some photographs and grab a coffee from here. But was so amazed but the pancakes were so amazing that we just kept ordering the food. The beach we original came for is really beautiful too. The sun shining down, the vivid colours and the sound of the waves, absolutely majestic. And this restaurant just nicely nestled in the corner.

Exceptional service, and ambience, we were walk- in diners but after 10mins enjoying a cocktail at the bar, gave us a table at the front of the first floor deck with spectacular views of the ocean sunset. Enjoyed the duck Risotto, as it was very tasty and a good portion. Definitely will come back, thanks 😄

La Lucciola has always been my favorite restaurant in Bali — and for good reason. The atmosphere is simply magical: open-air dining, nestled right by the beach, surrounded by swaying coconut trees and that charming wooden structure that feels like a glimpse of old Bali. The staff are absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and always welcoming. The food never disappoints, consistently delicious with fresh, vibrant flavors that perfectly match the tropical setting. I’ve dined here many times, and each visit feels just as special as the first. If you’re looking for that true Bali feeling — timeless, relaxing, and beautiful — La Lucciola is the place. We ate here yesterday and were thoroughly impressed! As we didn't have a reservation, we took a seat at the bar and ordered something to drink and small appetizers. When the table was ready (we didn't have to wait long), the drinks were brought to the table. Throughout the service, the waiters were very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the pasta dishes and salad. The restaurant is beautifully decorated.

Where else can you get exquisite views, sensational food and silver service.. at this price point? Location for me was the real winner.. sipping on cocktails, watching the sun set into the ocean. Not to be let down, the food is carefully curated, prepared and made with care, resulting in sensational food that delights the tastebuds! The not so shiny.. plenty of children around (even a children's menu).. but no high chairs. Most parents struggled with their children, either in prams or up and down the stairs. Oh, and be sure to book well in advance. Although they hold many tables for walk in bookings, they are often snapped up.

We believe the name of the restaurant translates to “fireflies” and we definitely understand why. Gorgeous restaurant on the Seminyak Beach which makes it an excellent choice for a romantic candle-lit dinner to celebrate your occasion. The restaurant has an excellent menu of modern Italian fares with a local twist.

Beautiful Italian restaurant right by the beach with a great view of the sea. The atmosphere was relaxing and the food was absolutely delicious. We finished every bite. Service was excellent and staff were very attentive. Special shout out to the gentleman who attended to us for my gal's birthday arrangement. They even sang a birthday song for my daughter and we pre-ordered a tiramisu birthday cake, which was really good. A beautiful spot for a nice meal or special occasion with great views and top notch service.

The setting is absolutely stunning, with an open-air design that overlooks the sea—perfect for sunset dinners or a relaxing ocean-view lunch. The atmosphere is elegant yet laid-back, creating the ideal vibe for a special night out. The food was exceptional—delicious, beautifully presented, and with just the right portion sizes. Every dish felt thoughtful and refined. The drinks were also a highlight—generously poured and perfectly mixed, which is rare to find! What really sets La Lucciola apart is the service. The staff took such amazing care of us, warm and professional from start to finish. I’ve rarely felt so well looked after in a restaurant.
