Amazing warm and welcoming. Some of the best body work I have had. I am an old combat veteran with several issues. I often seek out a massage that with help relieve pain stress and improve my comfort. They also had no issues with me having a service dog.

Amazing massages. The massage therapist go above and beyond making sure they hit every spot you need taken care of. Ask how hard or soft you need the massage. Highly recommend. I go once a week.

I really liked the hot stone massage. The therapist really fixed the tightness in my back with the hot stones and hot massage oil or lotion they use. Excellent service.

Massage was ok. When tipping, they demanded more. Going back to my old masseuse.

I would give this place zero stars if possible. I was very disappointed with the service. I've been here before and it was a better experience, sadly my last visit was the opposite. I came in for a massage with my daughter and asked for a 60 min massage and 30 minutes into my massage I was told only 30 minutes because they had other costumers. As for my daughter, no one ever came in to give her a massage and she waited 30 minutes before they told her they couldn't do it. Not only did they cut the massage short but they paused the massage several times to attend to the lobby. As I paid for the 30 minutes they tried to add a 15 dollar tip, I had to tell them several times that I did not want to tip as I didn't think the quality of the service was tip worth it. To end they refused to give a receipt and told me to take a picture of the iPad.

Not good massage and tips too high No need come back again . For sure waste your money and time if you come to la luna massage. No happy at all

Been here several times and have always had a good experience. Gia is fantastic and really knows what she is doing. Would love to know when you are going to reopen and also if Gia is working somewhere else while you are renovating.

The massage itself was lame. Weak, little or no pressure with lots of stroking rather than actual massaging. Far more pressure was applied demanding an unrealistic tip. The ensuing negotiations over the amount of the tip ruined the whole experience.

I wanted to give 2 stars while she was doing the massage, but when the lady finished my massage 10 minutes earlier ( and I even gave her more than 20% tip before we started). Besides that, she kept walking to the front door while I was lying there and freezing. The quality of the massage was horrible, too. I asked for a lower back and more vigorous massage, none of which she did not try to meet. It feels like she didn't even know how to do massage. She was pushing me outside and rushed to another room right after. I am sure, this place is something else, and massage is just a cover.

I just had the most amazing massage therapy session, and I couldn't wait to share my awesome experience with you all. This place offers friendly vibe, and they totally rocked at accommodating my last-minute scheduling request.

Do not go here money hungry and not land are rude. Always in a rush and scared to rub pregnant

Had a great massage here today. called an hour before to confirm availability and was able to get appointment easily. Room was clean and warm. Gia was very nice, easy to talk to, and listened to my requests. Did not have to repeat myself, was able to relax and enjoy an excellent massage. Paid for an hour and that's what I got. No interruptions either. Thank you!

I found this place one day and decided to give a try. I had an amazing experience! The place is really clean and cozy. I will definitely come back!
