La Luna is my favorite local restaurant since we moved here in 2018. Great food, cocktails, views and service. Go for a sunset cocktail on the roof and then one floor down to La Luna Restaurant for dinner. The prices are very reasonable and over the years have not increased making it a much better option than other restaurants in the area. Breakfasts are also great 🥰 one small recommendation … for locals … change the menu occassionally - introduce some daily and seasonal specials. And develop some deserts based on local fruits - sorbets and icecreams.

By far my favorite restaurant in the area! I am allergic to eggs and navigating that can be extremely hard but our server Daniel went above and beyond! He made sure everything was egg free and made me feel so safe. Daniel was extremely attentive and kind. He even took pictures for us along with other staff members. Daniel even gave us some sorbet for my birthday! The food was such a highlight as well. From the sushi, to the mahi mahi, beautiful steak, and sorbet, it all was so delicious! This restaurant is next level. The views are beautiful, the staff is caring and kind, and the food is to die for. Thank you Daniel and the La Luna staff for making my birthday special!

La Luna restaurant is very high quality dining. My husband and I stayed at the Gaia Hotel, and ate breakfast here every day, and dinner most nights of our visit. The menus have a wide selection of choices that suit any diet, and the quality was always excellent. They take pride in their service and the dishes they prepare. In addition to the main menus, they also have a full sushi menu that does not disappoint. And their chocolate lava cake was to die for! Ricardo, Andrey, Brandon and the rest of the staff were amazingly kind and genuine, as was everyone we met while we were there. We felt like family as they welcomed us in by name and remembered our preferences and even our favorite table. The view from the restaurant is surreal and the sunsets are breathtaking! I definitely recommend!

This was one of the best meals and restaurant experiences we had around Manuel Antonio! We were picked up in the parking lot by golf cart and driven up to the restaurant. We watched the sunset over the water and had the most delicious cocktails. The staff were lovely and able to accommodate one gluten-free diet and one vegetarian. We had a great time!

Family and I ate here and all the food was delicious! Good vegetarian options, drinks, and overall great menu with nice presentation and service. Abraham was especially helpful in answering our questions. Highly recommend!

Food was amazing! Only issue is that the service was a little slow. But this was our last night in Costa Rica, so we didn’t mind at all. Watching the sunset was beautiful. The monkeys were cute to watch as well!

We went to dine at La Luna on our last night in the area. Unfortunately, one member of our family was not feeling well and when we arrived (after a fun golf cart ride to get there) we had to change our plans to dine in and instead ordered our meal to bring back to our Airbnb. The staff was all very kind and understanding. We ordered the chicken curry, Gaia salad with shrimp, and the Kiwi blast poke bowl; all were delicious! There was live music and the female vocalist was excellent. We would highly recommend the dine in experience for anyone visiting. When we went it was dark, but if light out, the views would be wonderful.

Lunch was an excellent experience. Service was amazing. The golf cart ride while coming and leaving was so fun. Appetizer was tasty and so was the main dish. The view was so beautiful.
