Our experience at this hotel was mixed, with both positive and frustrating moments. One of the biggest challenges was getting assistance from the staff. For instance, when I forgot something in the room, the front desk told me to contact housekeeping myself, which felt a bit dismissive. Similarly, when I asked for help arranging transportation, I was told to walk out and find it on my own. Thankfully, one of the staff members kindly helped carry my bags to the pick-up point — and I truly appreciated that small gesture of care.
The room was overall fine, though not spotless — we noticed a bit of sand here and there. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool, but it was a bit noisy. The view from the room was nice, but if you’re assigned a room near the stairs, be prepared to hear frequent foot traffic.
Breakfast was quite tasty, though the service was a little slow, especially when it came to refilling empty dishes. It seemed the staff were trying their best, but perhaps they were short-staffed or overwhelmed at times.
In the end, while there were moments of kindness and comfort, I left feeling not fully satisfied with the overall service experience. If I were to return, I would need to think it through carefully
