La Maison Bleue El Gouna

Tying this review as we head to the airport from the hotel. My husband and I spent five nights here, and the entire team took incredible care of us throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and everyone went out of their way to create a wonderful experience for the guests. We dined three times at the hotel, and every dish we had was absolutely delicious. Our stay in El Gouna was the final leg of our two weeks in Egypt, and throughout the trip — from the Four Seasons to the Sofitel to the dahabiya down the Nile — we had recurring issues with food and water quality that caused daily cramps. But at La Maison Bleue, we had zero concerns. The food quality was exceptional, and everything felt safe and fresh. The hotel is also perfectly located next to a kite surfing school, less than a five-minute walk along the beach, so I was able to take advantage of that and take some lessons. The spa was wonderful as well — the Thai masseur I had was incredible. Only two small suggestions: when we dined in the Green Room, it was quite cold inside even with the blankets; and one of the waiters kept referring to us as “bros.” Although he clearly meant no harm and we took no offense, it did feel a bit odd to be addressed that way in such a refined setting. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Excellent hospitality in the most beautiful accommodation which felt like you were a guest in someone’s home rather than a hotel. Beautiful pool and spa facilities. Tasty food. Really enjoyed the yoga class and the visit to the onsite greenhouse. Kitesurf school on the beach next door. 5 mins to the marina if you fancy a change of scene.

Amazing spa experience at Maison Bleue El Gouna! The place is elegant and peaceful, but the highlight was my massage with Ms. Julia—one of the best I’ve ever had. She has incredible technique, knows exactly how to release tension, and made me feel completely relaxed. Professional, attentive, and truly talented. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my staying here for a couple of days, i felt as a prince who’s staying in one of his castles, with a great hospitality that i can’t find in any other place, Egyptian hospitality always wins. A special thanks to Momen and Basma, they made me recommend the place for others because of their kind and generous in serving!

This place is exceptional on every aspect. This is where you want to put 6* or more to a review because comparison is hard to find. to Staff, room, location, food, cleanliness, spa, pool, view… what to say ? It’s exceptional ! It will enter in our top 5 from the various places we went around the world. A jewel boutique managed exceptionally to provide the best guest experience. Special note to the friendliness of the staff, the spa ladies are incredibly skilled and the food experience is amazing…

This review will highlight the exceptional nature of this hotel, a beautifully designed and ideally located venue with outstanding staff, particularly Manager Mohamed, who exemplifies exceptional customer service exceeding all expectations. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and offered complimentary sparkling wine while our luggage was promptly delivered. The manager's attentiveness, respect, and professionalism were remarkable, exceeding the standards of a typical five-star establishment; indeed, the service provided was exceptional. The hotel and room were breathtaking, and all requests were fulfilled immediately. This exceptional experience represents excellent value, and I intend to return.

I had breakfast there, and it was truly a unique and unforgettable experience. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the food—especially the pancakes—was delicious! Visiting El Gouna without stopping by La Maison Bleue would be a real miss. 💖💖💖

A perfect escape for those seeking a unique blend of old Roman elegance and stunning wall murals. La Maison Bleue is unlike anything else in El Gouna — every corner feels like you’ve stepped into a living painting, with classical Roman touches and artistic detail everywhere you look. The atmosphere is peaceful, luxurious, and deeply inspiring. By far the best service I’ve experienced in El Gouna. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in style and beauty.
