We stayed in room 003, and unfortunately the experience with this particular room was not very comfortable. The entrance is directly from the inner courtyard, so when you open the door you immediately face the bed. This arrangement leaves no privacy and forces you to keep the heavy curtains closed at all times, which means there is no natural daylight inside. Breakfast is served in the courtyard on sunny days, which also means people may be sitting right in front of the windows — again, not ideal.
The biggest issue for us, however, was the bathroom. There was a very strong and unpleasant odor that could be noticed even in the bedroom with the door closed. The bathroom was also designed for people with reduced mobility, which wasn’t very convenient for us. We didn’t request to change rooms, since we had already unpacked and didn’t want to move everything again. The only real advantage of this room is the spacious walk-in closet.
Upon checkout, the receptionist kindly asked about our stay, and when I explained the bathroom issue, she mentioned that if we had told her earlier, she would have tried to resolve it right away. As an apology, she generously offered us one day of free parking, which we truly appreciated.
Overall, the service was attentive, but if you are assigned room 003, I would recommend asking for a different one
