La Maison Bord'eaux Hotel

A lovely hotel in Bordeaux. The staff are so attentive and speak perfect English! Lots of great tips where to go and patiently answered any queries. Our room was wonderful facing the courtyard and the room is beautifully decorated. The bed is super comfortable and we both slept so well. Breakfast is delicious and varied! Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We don't often drive into European cities and the stress of finding where to go... and park can be stressful. Isabella met us with a smile and ensured we knew where to go and even helped us with our luggage! We were very impressed with the attentiveness. Then we met Morgan... La Maison Bordeaux has the best staff. Both Isabella and Morgan deserve accolades for their excellence in customer service. Our room was large, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was 19 euro, but well worth it - especially the cakes! We highly recommend this hotel away from the noise of the more touristy areas.

This boutique hotel was perfect for our stay in Bordeaux. Comfortable rooms, very pleasant staff and a delicious breakfast. The Hotel is situated in the perfect location within walking distance of many beautiful churches, monuments, parks and the Cathedral Saint-Andre de. There many cafes and quality restaurants to choose from, as well as an excellent shopping centre.

Stylish hotel with great staff and quite large rooms. Not really a great location but not too bad as it's a very good 15 minute walk to the centre, longer if you wlak slowly. In fairness there is an excellent tram service in Bordeaux, but the closest stop is still a good walk away - so not too bad, but not that great either. Be happy to stay here again but we might check out other locations first

Lovely welcoming hotel. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was great plenty of choice and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Was in walking distance of the tram so able to get around Bordeaux easily. Would recommend this hotel

Had a tremendous time staying at La Maison Bordeaux. From the first moment that we were met at reception to the our departure, I cannot fault the staff and their dedication. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was excellent, the TV has a smart option so that you may connect to your own personal streaming apps, the air-con is a welcome feature (not all that common in France) and the room size was perfect. My only gripe was that the WC was literally that - a toilet in a tiny closet and then you had to cross the room to the shower area where the sink was located to wash your hands. An odd design choice. The main city centre is accessible by tram - there are two stops equidistant on Rue Fondaudége at the corner.

The rooms are modern and spacious, and the bed is large and comfortable. The shower has oodles of hor water. The breakfast had something for everyones taste. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The only thing I found strange about the design of the room was the lack of a hand basin in the toilet. However, that is a small point and would not put me off returning if I revisited Bordeaux in the future. It is centrally located, a short walk to all the many visitor attractions.

Nice boutique type hotel. Our room was spacious but a bit dingy and wet room type shower flooded out across bathroom floor. Couple of items missing at breakfast 😕, bread being one of them! The location is good but some trams not working due to maintenance on lines so a lot of walking, which we don't mind but some might. Quiet.

Lovely boutique hotel, close and a short walk to the city center. The hotel is located on a side street. It is quiet and gets AAAA+ rating for cleanliness. Our room was big with a very comfortable king size bed and the bathroom had nice amenities. The heated towel rack and fabulous rain shower made the bathroom luxurious, as did all of the Villeroy & Boch accessories. Staff was very helpful with restaurants, directions and even booked us on a wine tour. I highly recommend this hotel when in Bordeaux.

Beautiful, modern, and quaint lodging. The room and bathroom was spacious. The staff was very accommodating and even went to the bakery to buy us fresh croissants for our breakfast. Highly recommend!
