This is a local ice-cream specialist located at Place Saint-Pierre. They offer a wide assortment of ice-creams, you can purchase by cone/cup. During a recent visit we tried three flavours. Speculoos was ok, ice-cream was quite soft and airy with lots of lotus like crumbs, perhaps too many. Cafe (coffee) had smoother texture, strong flavour. Best was the pistachio, much thicker, creamier texture as well as a good natural nutty flavour. Would gladly repeat order the pistachio and try other flavours next time around.

An interesting shop that isn't afraid of proposing new flavors. I had orange flower and violet. I appreciated the daring propositions, but both had too much of a strong flavor for me. Textures were interesting and the serving was generous, so I really regret that I didn't try at least one of my usual favorite flavors. If I ever go to Bordeaux again, I will give it a second shot.

The prices are high, as expected. At €3.50 per scoop, you think carefully about which variety you choose. And the choice doesn't get any easier with this selection. There are probably all (normal) tastes here, and they taste excellent too.

Very tasty and original ice cream! We tried the pomegranate, vanilla, watermelon and the strawberry with speculoos.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the most exquisite ice cream, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The texture was smooth and creamy, perfectly balancing richness and lightness. Every bite melted effortlessly, delivering a burst of flavor that felt both indulgent and refreshing.

A lot of bio flavors that lllked very good. The strawberry flavor was good. But the chocolate lait, vanilla, and macarons was just okay for my taste. 4 balls for 8 euros in 2022. Ok service. Hopefully there's better ice cream elsewhere in Bordeaux.

Very tasty, interesting flavours, but pricey. Ask them what local flavours they have to help decide. Cinnamon flavour and frangipane flavour are fab.

Incredibly large choice of ice-cream and sorbet. Crazy, crazy list. We best we tried was straccatella. There is quite a long line of people waiting but thankfully staff was fast and efficient. You can sit and enjoy on the spot but there are limited number of tables.

Yelp
This is a wonderful gelato shop in Bordeaux! They offer a lot of flavors, and they are mostly organic. I was very impressed. It was hard to pick two, or tree flavors to try during my visit, because they all looked and sounded so delicious. I ended up choosing Canele, and rum raisin, and I absolutely loved them both. Canele is one of my favorite desserts for a long time, and it originated from Bordeaux, and this shop made a Gelato out of it. It is just amazing! The gelato really tasted like a Canele, even with Canele pieces in it that you can chew on a little. The rum raisin gelato was full or raisins with a genuine rum taste. It was prefect. I was a little sad that I only got to go to this shop once during my visit in Bordeaux, and wished I could go back and try more flavors!
