La Maison Fernand is a fantastic bed and breakfast in a perfect Bordeaux location. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Our second-floor room overlooked the street but remained quiet, with a private terrace perfect for breakfast. The room included thoughtful amenities like charging cables, speakers, magazines, and games, plus a spacious bathroom. The included breakfast was delicious. One unique touch we loved was their postcard service - write postcards to anywhere, drop them in the stairwell mailbox, and they handle the mailing. Great location, attentive staff, and thoughtful details make this place highly recommended.

A wonderful boutique B&B in a great location . We were very lucky with the weather during our stay so we were able to have breakfast on the roof terrace . Breakfast is preordered the evening before and was plentiful and delicious. The B&B is in a great location to explore Bordeaux on foot or using the public transport system . A special mention to the staff especially Simplise who are all extremely friendly & helpful - nothing was too much trouble . Our room had side views over a lovely square - which had bars & restaurants which were a good place to people watch with a glass of wine - but the room itself was very quiet . Our room was very well equipped and spotlessly clean . We loved the B&B - it was a great place to stay while exploring the city - Bordeaux is a beautiful city and well worth visiting .

Maison Fernand in Bordeaux was an absolute gem.||(This was the first time my wife and I were ever in Bordeaux.)||It was stylish, comfortable, and full of charm. The attention to detail, warm hospitality, and perfect location made our stay unforgettable. The bakery a mere 1 minute from here offered possibly the best croissant and baguette I’ve ever had!||I can’t recommend Maison Fernand enough and would 100% stay here again. Great memories were made!||Both Kinga and Ahmed felt like friends the minute we met them. So friendly, so helpful!

Absolutely charming. Spacious rooms tastefully decorated. With AC. Ideally located. Ahmed is a wonderful host, attentive to all your needs. You can clearly tell that all details have been carefully thought through. What a treat!! Can’t wait to be back.

The single best hotel experience I’ve ever had, throughout all my travels. Location is perfect. Breakfast was amazing. Add to that the level of service - from the second I entered, Kinga made me feel at home. Lots of great personalized recommendations as well! Amazing place to stay for a Bordeaux City visit. Rosa Bonheur room is immaculate, very well designed, spacious, has a high tech espresso machine and has a balcony. Room is clean, bathroom is gigantic with two sinks and a rain shower. Walkable to everywhere, amazing restaurants(highly recommend Berthus, 230F, Arcada) bars and museums are steps away. Breakfast included with stay was also amazing. Thanks to Kinga and rest of the staff keeping this place desirable.

This is a lovely welcoming inn and/or b and b. We stayed for two nights in the Rose Room which was very spacious and overlooked Rue de Herbes. An incredibly huge bathroom as well. Maison Fernand is located in the heart of the City and one can walk everywhere from there. Staff is very welcoming, friendly,helpful and professional. As mentioned in other reviews, one has to be able to walk up stairs - no elevator - and be able to carry one’s luggage. Breakfast can be served on the terrace, in your room or downstairs in the dining area. Breakfast is very French: Petit dejeuner - baguette, coffee, juice, fruit and yoghurt and croissants. Highly recommend and would definitely return.
