La Maison Lavaud

The apartment was clean, spacious, well decorated, and equipped with everything you'll need, the service by Claire Lavaud... impeccable!, everyday we had a wonderful breakfast with bread and pastries from a true 'boulanger', everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is located near porte d'Orlean metro station, M4 line, and you can from there easily go to all the main touristic area of Paris without the need to change lines. No doubt that we will book Maison Lavaud again for our next visit and meet with Claire again. 100/100.

We had a lovely time at La Maison Lavaud. As a family of 4 we had a lot of space. The apartment was well appointed. We loved the breakfasts, the board games and the comfy beds. Claire was available and very helpful in various instances. We really appreciated her. We will be back if we are in Paris.

We rented apartment 1 and 3 for the weekend and had a wonderful stay! Claire was very welcoming and both apartments were very clean, spacious and comfortable, with everything you need for a lovely relaxing break.|The fresh French pastries breakfast delivered every morning was delicious! |The grand piano and the home cinema were such a treat! We all slept really well as it is quiet and nice and dark thanks to all the shutters. |The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to Porte d’Orléans.|We could not recommend it more!

We were looking for somewhere nice to pass a one night stopover connecting to Orly, and hit on this place; it was just so fun. It's like a perfect amazing Paris apartment from 1990, exactly like something out of a film. A loft, a glass floor, a jacuzzi, a huge screen projector, rows of DVDs. Honestly, it made us feel young again : ) :) :) Great welcome, it's lovely and quiet and you're a quick 20 minutes from Orly. If you fancy splashing out a bit and doing something a bit different, it's really really worth it. nb if you're a pianist, it's a Kawai, quite hard to drive but a HUUUUUGE sound and a massive thumping bass. :)

Amazing place, clean and tidy it was super spacious and the host (Grégoire) was really nice and friendly easy to contact in case we needed him. The facilities are super cool the outdoor hot tub and the amusement room full of board games and a pool table made our stay even more amazing that we hoped for. Also the price for a spot in Paris (and not in the close suburbs) is really fair compared to the other resort I checked. 10/10 would come back again !

Great accommodations for a stay in Paris (jacuzzi, sauna, sound system). Very clean, comfy and spacious the hosts were very helpfull and readily available for any assistance or information

J’ai séjourné 2 nuits à la Maison Lavaud avec ma conjointe, et je suis plus qu’heureux d’avoir découvert ce lieu. ||Les installations sont propres et de très bonne qualité : nous avons pu dormir dans un lit très confortable, profiter d’une superbe terrasse avec jacuzzi et nous détendre au sauna. ||Les appartements sont situés dans une zone idyllique à deux pas du parc Montsouris, et sont facilement accessibles en métro, RER et tram. Nous avons pu même discuter avec les propriétaires qui ont eu la gentillesse de nous conseiller bon nombre de sublimes lieux que nous ne connaissions pas dans le quartier (et il y en a !). ||Je recommande donc ce lieu à tous les couples qui souhaitent passer un séjour aussi romantique qu’inoubliable dans la capitale

L'appartement dispose de tous ce qu'il faut. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée avec tous ce dont nous avons besoin. ||La terrasse est fort agréable, avec la présence du jacuzzi (un petit coin de paradis). Jacuzzi fort appréciable avec le froid de novembre. ||La décoration de l'appartement est magnifique avec des équipements confortables et design. ||Tout cela dans un quartier calme et fort appréciable. ||Nous avons passé un agréable week-end au calme. ||L'hôte est à l'écoute pour que le séjour se passe au mieux.
