The bakery was near a famous area and was full of people. We stood by the bar eating the desserts which were delicious. The hot chocolate was very thick and chocolatey. The service was quick and the server somewhat inpatient.

Great atmosphere with authentic Madrileño feeling and vibes. I tried their napoletanas July 2024, one "con crema" and the other chocolate. Both were very sugary and the dough was chewy, maybe it wasn't their best day. But I'll definitely try them again in the future.

The food is very delicious, and the service is excellent. You take a number ticket, and when it’s your turn, you go upstairs, sit at a table, and order what you like. There is also a window for takeout orders, but I recommend trying the food inside the restaurant. Despite the crowd and the busy atmosphere, the staff are helpful and friendly.

A great spot to taste the local pastries. We had a quick stop in the morning for a coffee, and napolitana de crema. The prices are affordable and you can have your order on the spot. We also had the next day a coffee break in the cafe area and tried roscon relleino and tarta de almendra The pastries and tartas are very soft and tasty 😋

This place is an experience for those who haven’t tried a typical Spanish way of eating breakfast on the go. There are 3 areas: 1. Para llevar / take away - no queue, just stand in front and someone will come and get your order (it took only 10 Seconds before someone took our order despite the crowd) 2. Eat standing up and have your coffee and bread on the counter - this is the experience! 3. Seated at a table on the 2nd floor Food and the ordering system is much like the olden days, it’s not like today’s McDonalds where one can get a rocket and be called for take away. I much prefer to experience the old Spanish style since it’s a part of their culture and tradition. There are other places that are “modernized” where everyone sits down and the waiter gets your order. The food too, is more of a tradition. Don’t expect gluten free, lactose free and sugar free. They have products that were made and sold during grandmother’s era. It’s chaotic but fun. A cultural experience, definitely.

Very authentic bar with traditional pastries. The service is fine, not very fast, but it’s okay. I took a napolitana and a cortado on a bar, which cost me 3.6€. Napolitana was tasty with a lot of chocolate inside but is was sooo cold. Almost like just from the fridge.

The ordering process here is quite chaotic—crowded, with no clear guidance or line. Despite that, we managed to order three items, all beautifully wrapped. The lemon tart was a bit too sweet for my taste, but the other two treats (burnt basque cheesecake and chocolate) were absolutely delicious.

Enticerd by the local guide's rave reviews and the impressive queue outside, I had to sample the desserts for myself. The hype was well-deserved! I indulged in the signature Napolitin and Ensaimada, both of which exceeded expectations. The next day, I tried the whipped cream bun- which literally melted in my mouth - a truly sublime experience! The cost was pretty reasonable given the primary square of the town, the only issue was getting the attention of the servers but heck there were a lot or consumers.
