Absolutely beautiful. Will a hundred percent be coming back next year! Park staff are friendly and polite and patrol regularly so are extremely easy to find, park is extremely well kept and clean. They even supply metal garbage cans and recycling boxes to the campsites, which my friend and I were very pleased to find out when we arrived.

La Manche Provincial Park in Newfoundland is a hiker's paradise, boasting lush trails and stunning views, especially from the iconic suspension bridge. The park caters to all skill levels with well-maintained paths and offers a glimpse into diverse wildlife. The sense of community among hikers enhances the experience, making everyone feel welcome. Relaxing in the picnic areas after exploring is the perfect end to a day of adventure. It's an enriching experience that beckons for a return visit, truly a must-visit for nature lovers. Better have a try here!

We came here late May, mainly to see the suspension bridge, but unfortunately it was closed for repairs. The hike was decent with some opportunities to explore off the main trail. The remains of the abandoned La Manche settlement was also interesting to see. The only gripe is with the lack of signage for driving through the park; the main road was closed so we had to take a long detour to get to the entrance of the trail.

The suspension bridge was closed. No cell service. No WiFi. It is a beautiful Provincial Park and I enjoyed my hiking day. Although I didn't camp there, I know it's $20 for nightly campsite. Absolutely worth it!

We camped in La Manche provincial park for two nights in July, and while the weather wasn't great, the campgrounds were excellent! It's very clean and well maintained. We checked out the playground, which is brand new; the swimming hole, which was a marked off area on the pond; and the comfort station with showers, which was very clean. There are several pit toilets and water taps (not for drinking) around the loops for campers to use. I had always wanted to check out the suspension bridge in La Manche, and so we did the trail to visit it, but the bridge was still closed due to construction. The trail we hiked was 1.4 km from the bridge to the parking lot, but it was hard in some areas with steep rocks. One of the biggest surprises about the area was how loud the frogs were in the evening.

awesome place with hiking trails and cool landmarks. has a swimming zone on the beach and a nice falls. there are campsites with fire pits on one side, however I would have preferred them to be more centred so that people can gather around the fire instead of having to sit on side of it. also, had an arse-splitting adventure, evidence in the second photo ಠ_ಠ

Nice campground! There are plenty of sites there, some of which are pretty scenic. The trails from the park are accessible from right near the campground. It’s a pretty quick hike to the suspension bridge which is fun and has nice views of the ocean!

Very gorgeous hike! Moderate to difficult depending on time of year and conditions. We hiked this mid-to-late October, and the conditions were great!
