This was an excellent stay. I had read some negative reviews and was quite apprehensive, but we did not have any issues during our stay. Room was very large and spacious (true that a bit dark but this is the second hotel I stay in in Munich and it’s the same, maybe it’s a Munich thing?), complete with everything needed, staff super kind and helpful. We traveled with a baby and they were very helpful to provide us with whatever we needed. Breakfast is quite expensive and a la carte, so unless you eat a lot it’s not really worth it. Location is also very convenient on a short walk to the metro. Would definitely stay again.

🇬🇧 Room was fine but the lack of aircon ment that we were dieing from heat in the night lol. Staff were friendly and helpfull. Location was great to subway. There are some pubs and nice restaurants close by which is nice.

Hotel is OK. Rooms do not have air conditioning. I was there at the end of the summer and still during the wormer days it was hot inside. Hotel is in excellent location near the English garden and in the neighbourhood there are lots od caffees, restaurants, bars. It is nice to go outside and spent time in restaurant or bar.

What a nice hotel! We spend 4 nights and every detail proved that they deserve 5 stars from us. Rooms is quite big, bathroom is very good and our small balcony was a bonus. We enjoyed every moment we stayed there but mostly the breakfast deserves a round of applause. This is not an open buffet but the dishes they bring is outrageous. We will definitely prefer this hotel for our next stay too.

very good location, kind staff, rooms are clean and overall didn’t really have much to complain about, no noise neither, AC is missing, but for it’s location and the price, it’s a really good deal

I really enjoyed my stay, the bed it's great. I only have some suggestions for improvement: it would be nice to have a kettle in the room with some tea bags and infusions. Also, I had problems to open the shower once, it got stuck. The breakfast is good but a little expensive, for that price I would expect a buffet. But in general, I would stay again in this hotel and recommend it.
