What a hike!!!
I hike a lot in my home in the pacific northwest (Portland, OR) and have been spoiled with incredible waterfalls and mountain trails. This one can compete for sure in both level of great views, spectacular rock formations and the cardio you do from the steepness and challenges. If you like this one a bit more moderate, then take the eastern route ascent. I pick the western first and it was very challenging. Many times no visible trail and I had to go by Gaia and fight my way through thick bushes and rocky ascents. You are rewarded though by looking westward to Montserrat all the time and to the Mediterranean. From top on clear days you can see the Balearian island - Mallorca.
