We visited this cafe for the second time after enjoying sharing a tasty avocado sourdough toast on our first visit, this time, alongside coffee, we ordered the same dish but one each. What a difference on our second visit, the toast was completely soggy from the tomatoes and watery poached egg, the toast had no crunch, no seeds, stale pomegranate seeds, everything just tasted wet! We flagged this with our hostess, saying we weren’t complaining but just wanted to share feedback and in response the lady was hostile, offended that we dare comment and gave us dirty looks as she handed over our bill. How to lose customers!!! We will never return to this cafe, the food was worse than mediocre but more offensive was the service. A simple apology of offer of a replacement dish would’ve been nice. They have only 3, very simple toast options on their menu, served with a lack of consistency and sour faces. Go elsewhere!
