La Mona Checa

My second time in Madrid in my second time visiting this vintage shop! First off who doesn’t love a theme? The circus tent theme is so cute and adorable. Honestly I’m mad I didn’t think of it. The store is very well organized. There isn’t too many items on the rack so it’s easy and very shoppable. They have a great selection for men and for women. The quality is great here never stains or holes on any of the products they do carry accessories like belts and sunglasses are just very good quality secondhand hand fashion.

Cute little vintage store with a circus vibe🎀. They have nice things for fair prices. Bought a yellow light jacket, perfect for summer. And they even have cute shopping bags!

Nice thrift shop. Cloth quality is good and well presented. Price is really convenient. I've got a perfect Levi's denim jacket on perfect conditions for just 15€. Service is good. Parking available nearby at Barceló's public parking facility

First vintage store we checked out in Madrid - so cute! Great clothes in different sizes, at affordable prices.

Even though the shop is nice and has beautiful clothes it doesn’t matter when you can’t freely have a look at these because the saleswoman (with the unicorn inking) is watching you critically with every small piece you touch, keeps making annoyed noises when you look through shirts and pants and don’t even think of trying on some sunglasses or you get killed by her eyes. The total mood of shopping gets lost with this annoyed attitude.

La Mona Checa has a tasteful variety of hand-picked vintage and second-hand clothing. I've found quite a few really lovely and irreplaceable pieces at La Mona Checa. The prices are reasonable, and they also have sale bins (for the savvy shopper!). My biggest beef with La Mona Checa is the lack of visible store hours. I've visited more than several times during regular Spanish business hours only to find it closed. If you're passing by, be sure to keep your eyes open. You might be lucky enough to find it open!

Cute store (decorated like you’re in a circus tent) that’s organized well! It’s super small, but the selection of clothing sold were great! A lot of thrift stores can be overwhelming but this was not. The store is cash only.
