This is a review of Rosa’s hotel, above the restaurant La Mora. Perfect location - I fell asleep listening to the waves crashing, but a short walk to the best swimming beach in the area. Clean room, comfortable bed, A/C, and hot water. Rosa was the perfect host - warm, welcoming, great communicator, and ensured I had everything I needed for a relaxing vacation. Also - as a solo female traveller, I felt very safe. Highly recommend!! Both Rosa’s hotel and restaurant - food was delicious and great prices! Best ice cream :). I hope to be back soon 🤞

Brunch Review - we did not stay at the hotel. Great location, great service, awesome views of the surfers and waves. The Omelet Classic was so delicious and cheesy. We also had a waffle with local honey - DAMN, it was good. The service is quick and nice. Defining recommend for brunch.

The rooms are gorgeous, comfortable, a great price and right on the beach. The terraza is beautiful and relaxing. The rooms come with everything you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The cafe is affordable and delicious with a great view of the ocean. Where this place really shines is the care that Rosa and Elvis have for their guests. A very rare thing these days. I will definitely be coming back.

Great location, great people, amazing food! Chilaquiles verdes is the best and I’ll order it for breakfast every single time. Everything else is fantastic, awesome coffee, my kids love the waffles.. but the chilaquiles.. I dream about it when I’m deep in the cold Canadian winter…

The review is about a month late but I just wanted to say what a nice time I had with my partner. La Mora is a bit rustic but super comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the care and attention of all the staff and especially Rosa and Elvis was so nice. I can say for sure I would like to return. The restaurant downstairs provides a great place to grab a breakfast or lunch. This is definitely a place to kick back and relax. All you can hear is the waves and the birds.
