I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. The staff members were incredibly reliable and genuinely kind throughout my entire stay. They were always attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The breakfast offered was not only delicious but also plentiful, providing a great start to each day. Additionally, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel rooms, which were well-maintained throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, delicious breakfast, and clean accommodations. A big thank you to the staff for making my stay so enjoyable!

My friends and I came to Cambodia as part of our Southeast Asia Trip. This hotel was away from Pub Street which allowed it to be quiet, but that cane with a walk to the areas we wanted to attend. The rooms were average. The tub shower with no curtains was new to me. Air was not cold. We had to ask for a fan as a compliment to the AC. Breakfast was very plain. We ended up eating away from the hotel even though we paid for breakfast. I hoping to have some type of cambodian food experience, unfortunately we did not. It does have a nice pool to chill down and wind down at the end of the day. The staff was very nice and attentive. Overall a nice place for those that want quiet and more of less local feel.

This was my first tour hotel and found it sadly lacking. I had just moved from another 3 star hotel up the street and found this one just couldn't compete.|Made worse, some of my complaints were complaints made here pre-pandemic, so I have to assume they aren't interested in improving....rather than still trying to catch up after years of closure. |I understand some people's concern about the green pool water colour, but it really is the tiles causing the green colouration. Pool was lovely. I did mention to front desk and pool attendant that one of the loungers had a broken support that could be hazardous, and even showed them, but no repair made, nor did the move the lounger out of use.|The worst was the look of not being clean. The front area and main walkways are swept and rather presentable, but the upstairs tiled hallway, and my room had old dirt or discolored wax along the edges and around the bed platforms that made it look grimy. It needed a stripper or concentrated cleaning to bring it back to presentable. There was some rusty spots on my counter top that were not soaked in...but raised on the counter top...not appealing. Linens were clean, and room surfaces clean, but there was an overall lack of attention.|I also noticed the tables in the restaurant had a layer of dust and grime on the table leg crossbars. |There are many your staff members eager to please. I don't know whether it is a training program, or low priced labour's as the staff gain experience. For this reason, they may not notice or understand that more attention is needed to deep cleaning and cleaning all surfaces.|Given that it hosts a number of tours, it may not feel it needs some extra effort. I did mention it to my tour provider, but they didn't seem to be concerned about it. It was not a stellar start to my 3 week tour.|If you aren't as bothered about clean corners as I am, location is quite good and it is quiet. There is a full service restaurant, spa services and a convenient ATM just outside the door.

1) the Air Conditioning in the Hotel was not working to the mark making it very unbearable in the sizzling heat of Siem Reap 2) We could not leave the room doors open for fresh in the night due to mosquitos. 3) it seemed that the quality of maintenance and up-keep of this botique hotel is low life. Staff was polite but what use is politeness when the room does not cool with AC in the sizzling, stifling heat?

Really enjoyed our four night stay at this little oasis. Staff so friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast including egg/pancake station. Pool is the absolute best! Super clean and nice big size and surrounded by tropical greenery. Green tinge is due to colour of tiles and stone making it feel like you are swimming in a tropical pond. Lots of beds and umbrellas + towels provided. Great for post temple recovery and cool down. Great area, very quick walk (faster than expected) to river/markets/pub street. Or stay local with some lovely cafes and cheap eats. We stayed on both sides of the river in Siem Reap and enjoyed this area more than the busy side.|Rooms and property are beginning to look a little tired in places but this did not concern us as it was very clean and well maintained. Great sized bathroom with nice polished concrete decor. Our family connecting room was a little dark as only partially facing the pool. Majority of rooms face the pool without obstruction.|

Lovely hotel in great location in central Siem Reap. We stayed here for 4 nights at the start of our 2 week Cambodian adventure. The pool is fab, and the breakfasts decent. Rooms could do with a bit more TLC but offer great value for money. Recommended

What a lovely place. We had 2 nights there at the end of a Vietnam & Cambodia trip. Lovely room. Great pool...very welcome in the heat. Breakfast was good with lits of choice. We had dinner both nights. Good menu and excellent food. The young staff were so friendly and welcoming. This was the best way to end our trip. Thanks to all the restaurant staff....we miss you
