The location is absolutely beautiful and unique inside the old fort. The service was friendly ans welcoming. The food was very tasty and delicious. Definitely a place to go when in Ibiza. Muchas gracias!

Food is good, but the proportion for the price is not worth it… The service was not very nice compared to other places where we have been. The waitress served the olives for all the tables around us but forgot us… We were a bit disappointed, as the place is pretty and the old town charming

La Olivia was recommended by a local that works at the airport in the Hertz rental car desk. So I went to try it . Reservations are needed because it sells out . I was blown away by the food quality and taste . I had the ceviche. It was the best I’ve ever had . I ordered French fries with it and they went really well with the ceviche. I also ordered the corvina curry dish , absolutely amazing . Look at the presentation of the dish (video to follow ) I saw a Japanese man sitting here too and heard the story that every year he comes for 5 days and all 5 days he has dinner at this restaurant. This speaks volume , You have to try and let me know your experience .

Beautiful location amidst the hustle and bustle of Ibiza old town! Service was quite slow but it is a busy place. Food was nice, nothing exceptional… wine was lovely.

Delicious pasta! Perfectly cooked with a rich, flavorful sauce. The truffle and burrata are a must!

As a group we were not sure to which restaurant we should go on that street, but with La Olivia we had a great experience. The food was amazing, especially the meat. The staff was really quick and fun at the same time. I think her name was Nay, she gave us the best seat to enjoy our food and table to watch the fun crowd on the streets. The staff gave the cute place a cool vibe, where we were the last customers to leave the place. Will come back

This restaurant is in a great location! Who can deny a lovely meal in Old Ibiza, just steps from the Ibiza castle?! I was lured in when they confirmed they had gluten free bread, only to find out, “they were out”. I would give the food an average and I’d give the service an excellent. But the manager/owner gets a big fat ZERO. When I asked if I could use my AmEx, he snottily replied, “Si, I can help you get your points”. Well guess what, I’m diamond medallion. I don’t need anymore points. But guess what you need, you need people to come to your restaurant. DON’T DO IT. There are too many other great places to eat. Why would you support an @$$ hole manager/owner? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Ibiza, you can do better.

Yelp
La Oliva is located on the most adorable cobblestone street, Calle Santa Creu in Ibiza Town. Super cute and has some serious Mexican vibes with Freida Kahlo & Dia de los Muertos art all over the walls. My friends and I sat at a table inside and everyone was so kind to us. We didn't realize we got there near closing, but they still seated us and treated us very well. Patient with us as we made decisions and kept feeding us drinks & eats. I wasn't expecting much, honestly, but a couple of the food items were beyond delicious! My mushroom risotto was muy delicioso~! And we had beef cheek ravioli that was like holy wow good. Like beyond. We had a lot of beers but was also thankful they had non-alcoholic beer for me, as well. Yay! Would def go back.

Yelp
Great food and ambience, would definitely recommend the truffle or raviolis. Great service and attentive staff

Yelp
Great spot right near the entrance of dalt vila. and perfect for people watching. Definitely make a reservation because it fills up. Food was really good, the burrata amazing. I had the best bruschetta i've ever had here. The cocktails were also good but came in very odd glassware that made it them feel cheap. Would definitely recommend.

Yelp
The service was excellent and our waiter was very helpful, our waiter also recommended some delicious dishes for us. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Ibiza to try this place out, the walk to the location is excellent during the early p.m(20:00). We sat inside because there were no tables available outside however it was super adorable inside and I would definitely eat there inside and/or outside again. I had the filet and my wife had the the fish in coconut curry sauce and it was sooooo good. We enjoyed some white wine with our dinner that was very tasty. Overall a delicious dinner and bottle of wine with an appetizer will cost you around €100 but it's absolutely worth it. Again, I would eat there again in a heart beat.:-)

Yelp
La Oliva was where we had our final group dinner in Ibiza, and it was a great choice. I reached out for reservations for our group of 9 the day before - fortunately, we were able to score a table, but we were inside. After a week in the heat, no one minded sitting indoors in the air conditioning! Our server, whose name I forget, was awesome. She was on top of everything we needed for our entire visit. The wine selection was nice - we opted for house rosé to start which was great, and we all went our own way from there, with some sticking to wine and others trying cocktails (and some of us drinking all of the drinks). For starters, the goat cheese puff pastry came recommended in a local guide book I had purchased, so we ordered two for the table. A delicious choice! The burrata and jamon iberico were also excellent, and the bread with housemade garlic aioli was addictive! I dropped the ball when it came to entrees. For some unknown reason, I went with the chicken, while others around me selected seafood and beef. The chicken was chicken. I wasn't crazy about the texture, which was kind of rubbery. Thankfully, my friends with much more delicious entrees were kind enough to share. My friend Sam had a white fish in curry sauce that was absolutely delicious. Another friend shared a piece of his filet which was excellent. Order these dishes, or one of the other seafood options. Don't order the chicken. I wish I could take that back! La Oliva is a solid four stars, and possibly even five, depending on how you order. Highly recommended for a nice and affordable dinner in the walled city of Dalt Vila.

Yelp
Best meal we had in Ibiza hands down! We tried to make a reservation day of via email but were unsuccessful. All of the tables outside were taken but there was plenty of room inside. Our waiter was French, and to the contrary of another review, was very friendly and very helpful! The seating is intimate, luckily it wasn't too busy inside while we ate so it was still quiet. We ordered a bottle of the house white wine which was very good and complimented the meal well. I had the fish in coconut curry sauce and it was excellent! Everything including the vegetables had so much flavor. This is one of my favorite dishes and I order it frequently, this was hands down the best. My girlfriend ordered the filet steak, and it was not to disappoint. So much flavor including the sides which were diced potatoes served under the steak and an elegant display of puréed carrots (I don't even like carrots and thought they were good). A must try if you are a foodie and looking for a nice walk through the old town. If you can try to make it with enough time to catch the sunset from the overlook a few streets over.

Yelp
Wow... such an awesome place. The food is great and the ambiance is amazing. The beef tenderloin with truffle sauce was perfect. Highly recommend this place!

Yelp
Amazing food. Had the dorado fish in curry sauce and I am still dreaming about it. The pineapple dessert was also a light and scrumptious way to end a lovely meal. I recommend making a reservation for a table outside. It's a great spot to people watch.

Yelp
Before I travelled to Ibiza, there was one restaurant which I had to visit namely; La Oliva! And damn it was worth it. The atmosphere was great even as the location and the lovely Spanish waiter (okay to be fair.. not the French one). The table was a little bit crowded but you can consider it as cozy. The food was incredible. The Tuna Tartar melted in my mouth and the Brandade of cod (with truffle!) was amazing. Normally I would not be able to have a dessert after that but I am happy I did so. I would describe the citrus dessert as a sweet mango cloud.. Sound cheesy but true. I am a fan!

Yelp
Dining at this place was one of the highlight of my Ibiza Trip. It is located in an old vibrant town. They have indoor and outdoor seating options. I would definitely suggest seating outside. It is the best feeling to sip on some sangria and just be in awe of such a cute little town. They also provide you some cozy blankets per request during colder days. I became a fan of Olives at this place. I don't know what was the name of it but I have been trying to find the same one here in the States but no luck so far! Everything about this place is excellent.

Yelp
What an amazing hidden gem in the castle area of old Ibiza town! They have amazing bread and herbed aioli to start. The goat cheese in puff pastry with honey was a delicious appetizer. For our entrees we enjoyed our steak and spaghetti topped with fresh beratta cheese. I highly recommend getting the macaroon for dessert! It was so damn good!!

Yelp
Stumbled onto this little place due to not being able to get in the restaurant next door. However, it was one of the best meals I had in my life. The waitress was very attentive and helpful with menu items. The best Tuna Tartar and ceviche on the planet!

Yelp
Wow, La Oliva is definitely worth to visit when you are in Ibiza town. Please make a reservation in advance! We had dinner with 7 girls. The restaurant is serving excellent French cuisine; think of raw tuna tartar, fois gras, steaks with sauce of morilles (mushrooms), creme brulees with lavander etc. The tables are not too big though but that is in my opinion the charme of the restaurant. I would go for one of the tables outside on the street. Hopefully you will have one of the Spanish waiters instead of the French ;) they are much friendlier!

Yelp
How different Ibiza Old Town is to San Antonio. This is my second day on the island and after experiencing the clubber hell that is SA yesterday I was resigned to quietly loathing Ibiza and getting back home as soon as possible. A trip round the harbour to the Old Town redeemed the place somewhat, though it's still tourist central. La Oliva is a lovely restaurant half way up one of the winding, cobbled streets filled largely with shops selling linen clothes and tourist souvenirs. The food is a nice mix of mediterranean dishes including pasta, fish and meats and it's all pretty yummy and served in decent portions. The olives they bring out at the start are exceptional - makes sense considering the restaurant name! The bill for three of us with two courses and a couple of drinks each came to 103 Euros but for the first time during my trip to Ibiza I didn't feel completely robbed because at least it was nice food. I'd have loved to stay and have pudding but we were on a mission to look around the ancient fort. Maybe next time!

Yelp
Great people watching if you sit outside. This is a limited menu but the food was good.

Yelp
Poor service. Waited forever for our food but maybe that's just a normal Spanish thing. Their black ink squid pasta is really just black wholegrain pasta. WiFi didn't work while we ate there.

Yelp
The atmosphere was great and the food was also great. We had Cod with risotto and octopus carpaccio and both were really delicious! The service was good as well :)

Yelp
Tasty dinner venue in Ibiza old town. Better to make a reservation to avoid a long wait or even no table. Well priced and everything eaten was delicious.

Yelp
Went in with a large group. Fantastic food, great easygoing staff. Recommend trying the foie gras for appetizer and you have a great many options for entree / main course. Tried four of the desserts and they were all quite wonderful as well. Definitely one of top spots on the island.

Yelp
Happened upon this place after we had explored the castle and what a find! I am still dreaming about the tuna tartar. It was delicious and my favorite thing. The pasta with calamari and the goat cheese pork were great too. The setting is cute and the waiters were all very friendly, not to mention good looking! This is a must stop if you are in Ibiza.

Yelp
This restaurant is terrific. We had foie gras, lasagna boulonaise, and tuna. Each dish was perfect. The waiter helped us select a white wine and it too was perfect. Service was excellent.
