La Olivia

La Olivia is a sweet cafe in the old historic downtown of Mazatlan. I have a dairy allergy and they were very kind and accommodating to that. Things were labeled and tasted so fresh! And the plating was beautiful. I will definitely come back and visit the next time I’m in Mazatlan.

Outstanding cinnamon bun french toast! Served with bacon and maple syrup… Excellent Cappuccinos!

Delicious food, beautiful presentation, attentive staff. Try the mushroom omelet- you won’t be disappointed.

In my humble opinion the best place for breakfast and lunch in Mazatlán. They have a varied and original choice of dishes, all of exceptional quality. Juices and hot drinks excellent. Not cheap, but definitely worth the money. I don’t know who manages the place, but she or he did a really good hiring-job, the staff is a bunch of young, delightful people who display beautiful teamwork, the vibe is serene. Also bright and beautiful interior with real wood furniture and comfortable seating. I kept returning several times!

The food was the best we have had in a long time. We got the cinnamon bun French toast and it’s made from their amazing cinnamon buns drizzled with cream cheese icing. The cappuccino was a perfect addition.

This is such a nice little restaurant that has amazing breakfast and lunch dishes that are all made by scratch; catering a little of everything for people with dietary restrictions(g/f, vegan, esc.). A great coffee and tea menu, and delicious bakery items. The owners and their employees are super friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home. Also they are dog friendly.

Amazing owner Barbara and amazing waiter Lalo served us brunch this morning and it was divine! There is a wonderful selection of food from sweet to savory to authentic. We got a cinnamon bun to go because we just couldn’t leave it there! Both of our meals were delicious and the coffee was hot!

Love love love this place! Every food item I’ve tried was delicious, really. Clean and healthy. The presentation is lovely and the staff are so kind. Good wifi, good aesthetics, good prices. Tried their gluten free brownie and it was shockingly good. The only thing that I didn’t love was their dirty chai latte and golden latte. They were both a little grainy and weren’t the best flavor compared to when I’ve had those elsewhere. The beet hummus is delishhhh! My fav item is the Tazon or the Green Smoothie bowl. You definitely need to go, you won’t regret it.
