La Osteria

We have visited this restaurant many times over the last few years. We go there every time we visit San Jose. The last two visits there has been a special event happening. We felt pretty much ignored both times as we were not part of these events. No follow up for drinks, no follow up on further additions to our order...kind of felt like they wanted us to leave. We love the food but are questioning about returning because of the lack of service.

Holy wow!!!!! A gem to behold!!! The pizza was phenomenal, live music was absolutely astoundingly good, and the atmosphere was so relaxed and felt like we were at a friend's bar listening to a band just jam. We came as a group of 6 and they had absolutely no problem seating and serving us. We are thoroughly impressed and hope to be back again!!!!

This trip was our second time in the area and we knew we had to go here again. It might not be your instinct to get pizza while on vacation on Mexico but this is totally worth it. The service is top tier and I have not had any food I didn't love yet. We called ahead to see what band was playing and spent the night listening to live salsa music. Wife had the cheese pizza and I had the skirt steak. Delish! Kevin, the manager, was also super helpful to split up a bill for me so I could tip the band.

Delicious Wood-fired pizza as well as an incredible fresh grilled sea bass dish! Berry Mojito and Mango Margarita were great!!

Dunno why this place was hopping om a Friday night. But oh wow! This place was amazing! Best Flank steak and Fish I had in 10 years! A must when you visit San Jose Del Cabo!

Decent food and they had some nice live music while I was there. The pizza is made in a great oven, though the dough had no crisp on the bottom and could have been made better. Prices are high for Mexico standards, though are ok for USA tourists. Would return for the atmosphere, though it’s not the best food in Cabo.

Fabulous food. Ate here multiple times and it’s always top notch. Pizza is world class!

Great atmosphere, pizza special on Wednesdays with a live band. Pizza could have stayed in the oven a few more minutes, otherwise it was good.
