This is an amazing hotel, Very beautiful interior that gives a zen atmosphere. The hotel is located in a good place, 1 street from the center and maybe 5 minutes (walk) from the beach. I was there with my mom and sister so we had a room for 3 people. The beds are really comfortable, just some more space to put your stuff would be handy. Our room was cleaned every day. The food is super delicious and varied, also a lot of choice for vegetarian people. I ate the best kebab ever! The pool is very child friendly since its not that deep, and they have good sunbeds. The bar is good from price and is not expensive. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they will always welcome you with a big smile. Also a big shoutout to the cleaning staff! Our room and everything in the hotel, was clean everyday and it smells really nice! Such a great team! I see a lot of bad comments on this hotel but i can tell, I really had a great vacation and i can’t wait to go back. This is your sign to go to La Palmera & Spa! After all it is the staff that makes your holiday a pleasant stay. Very loving people Thank you for everything!

Attention! The most honest review in real time! The hotel is one of the best at this price. Food - seafood, various meats, vegetables, fruits. Desserts are in the fridge. For breakfast - free tea, coffee, water, juice. Lunch and dinner - drinks - for money. Very clean, cleaned all the time. Friendly and benevolent. Swimming pool and jacuzzi - cleaned every day. As a bonus - sauna and hammam. We were lucky - there were no noisy neighbors, everything was cultural. The pool is one of the most beautiful. If I were offered to come here again - definitely yes!

We recently had the displeasure of staying at a hotel that left a lot to be desired. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, it became evident that the property was old and deteriorated. Despite my hopes for a pleasant stay, the hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards of comfort and hospitality. The major letdown was the absence of air conditioning in the rooms. In this day and age, it is simply unacceptable for a hotel to lack such a basic amenity. During my stay, the stifling heat made it incredibly uncomfortable to relax or get a good night's sleep. It felt as though the management had disregarded the importance of providing a comfortable environment for their guests. On a positive note, the hotel's location was convenient, situated close to popular attractions and public transportation options. However, the prime location alone does not compensate for the numerous drawbacks experienced during my stay. In conclusion, my experience at this old and deteriorated hotel was far from satisfactory. The lack of maintenance, uninspiring food options, absence of air conditioning, and indifferent service left a lasting negative impression. I cannot recommend this hotel to fellow travelers who seek comfort and quality during their stay. It is clear that significant improvements are needed to bring this establishment up to modern standards and provide a pleasant experience for its guests.

Good hotel. There's a pool out front, as well as a bar and sauna. The location is pretty good, too. Walking distance to the beach and the touristy areas of the city. Amaya at the front desk is fantastic. Our room was acceptable: VERY basic but pretty clean. One of the towels in the bathroom had a big yellow stain on it, which was unpleasant, but the others were fine. My only real complaint would be the parking situation. It's 20€/per day and there's very little parking in the area so you're sort of forced to pay if you don't want to drive around for a half hour searching for something. Another negative point regarding the parking is that they ask for a 20€ CASH deposit for some reason. All in all we had a good stay but parking is somewhat problematic

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very big and nice view of the pool. Unfortunately the cleaning of the room was not there, only the garbage was taken out. Very thin walls and you can hear everything from the room next door and the hallway. No ventilation in the bathroom ;( Food tasty. To the sea about 7 minutes walk. Near the hotel a lot of stores, a supermarket and bars and restaurants. For this price I can recommend this hotel !

Great location rooms are large with good view of pool cleaned daily staff are fantastic great team,food is varied something for everyone lots of choice for vegetarians. Pool is great lots of sunbeds always available pool bar is great with good price's. All in all a superb hotel.

I was here during the Whitsun vacations with my soccer team. The first positive aspect is that we could enter the rooms earlier than announced. The next positive thing I have to say is that 3 of us got a 4 man room. The only flaw in the room was that the bathroom had no ventilation and the grout was dirty. The last negative aspect is the food. It was ok but rather poor compared to the rest. The bar and pool downstairs were great. Also do I have to mention the nice staff. All in all I would visit this hotel again.

I was happy to stay at the hotel as it has a good location and a reasonable price. The hotel has two lifts. The hotel has friendly and professional staff who are responsive to all my requests. The room has everything you need for a business trip. Unfortunately the bathroom was not very functional for taking a shower. No shower accessories (shampoo, shower gel). The hotel is suitable for a short trip but not suitable for a long trip.
