Among the top bakeries I've explored in Paris, this place truly stands out. I savored the pain suisse and the apple pastry — each was a perfect harmony of crispy, golden exteriors and moist, flavorful insides, making every bite simply delightful. The focaccia with olives was equally fantastic, adding that savory touch. I can't wait to return and indulge in their renowned flan croissant—it's next on my list!
