Nice clean room and decent location. Slightly odd bathroom and pillow options - not bad just a little different. Main negative was the temperature - even with the fan provided and having left the windows open as much of the time as possible it was very warm.

Staff was friendly. There was an issue with my reservation which they quickly solved. I was even offered breakfast as compensation. Another positive was that I could leave my bicycle in their underground garage, although I couldn't lock it to something but just to itself. The rooms, however, were incredibly disappointing. The carpet was dirty, there was hair from someone else on the bedsheets and the bathroom was very small and outdated. Additionally, it was very loud - you could hear every word from the adjacent rooms, their TV and the cleaning staff in the morning. If this was a very cheap hotel, it would be acceptable, but for the price I paid (200.CHF for a single bed) the price-performance ratio was disappointing.

Location is great with a quick 10-15 minutes walk to the main station and flexibility of late check in was appreciated. The room was clean except for the a strong sewage like smell and unfortunately no door to the bathroom that is closable. That alone was a no go for me to return.

A nice hotel. 15 min walk from the Central station of Bern. If you book the hotel, then you will get a free public transport ticket for the duration of your stay. Additionally you get free coffee, if even you did not book a breakfast. The rooms a clean and sufficient for a short stay. The price is perfect in comparison to other hotels in Bern. A good hotel for a short business travel.

Found this hotel to be one of the cheapest for a last minute booking. |I only needed to stay for 2 nights and it had all i needed as i only slept there and out most of the day.|Breakfast was good and a buffet, so you could help yourself to all you wanted.|If you wanted a hot drink during the day , then you could get one from the breakfast room, you just had to ask at reception.|The room i stayed in on the 3rd floor was clean and had all you really need. It had a window you could open if you wanted fresh air and a blind on the outside you could use to shut the light out. |There was a tv in the room , the bathroom had a shower with plenty of hot water, soap and towels.

My goodness, if you want to hear flusing toilets from all the rooms above because the pipes are working like shit go to this hotel. It was so loud that it woke us up in the middle of the night even with ear plugs. The room was small, the heater was open 15 degrees in the room and the smell of the toilet was really bad. Blind doesn't go all the way down so useless as the sun is shining in all the rooms. For this price there's better hotels in Bern.
