La Perla

On the beach. Service was great, but their food is not the best food in San Pancho. My fish tacos were only JUST meh. My partner's shrimp fajitas were a 5 on the shrimp and a 3 on the fajita. The mango iced tea was great as was the Mescalita piña (though you have to like the smoky flavor of mescal, as I do.) Great drinks, fabulous service, meh food.

The mixto Ceviche was riquísima, so good! Great spot for some afternoon beers and food to enjoy the sunset! Go around 4-6:30pm for the afternoon sunset glow

Favorite beach bar in San Pancho. Reasonable prices. Good service. (Olivia's next door is also quite good in all categories and has cushier beach loungers, but a bit more pricey and they play music over their speakers. La Perla does not - at least during the day.) Tip 1: La Perla doesn't "rent" the beach loungers in front of the restaurant. Instead, they're available first-come-first-served as long as you purchase $400MXN+ in food and drink. Pretty easy to do. Tip 2: the very front rows of chairs and palapas at water's edge are not part of the restaurants in San Pancho. Those are rented to customers by other vendors on the beach for a fee and they will serve you ala carte drinks from their own independent beach bars.

Located to the left of the main entrance to San Pancho Beach, this spot offers the same classic beachside fare as the other restaurants along the shore. The service is friendly, the views are beautiful, and the beach itself is fantastic. With a laid-back vibe, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy the setting.

Pablo was a wonderful server! He made our first sunset and dinner in San Pancho enjoyable!

The perfect beach experience in San Pancho. Sit on a lounge under an umbrella, enjoy a margarita and a snack. Limited menu. The service was very good. You do have to be a bit patient but overall just what you need.

I could spend the rest of my life sitting on the beach loungers while enjoying the well priced food and beverages at La Perla. I recommend the passion fruit margaritas and the aguachiles. The service can be unatentive when they are busy but just flag them down and your next round of drinks will show up soon.

Great beach view, great food and drinks and if you’re in for sports they have a tv by the bar. The staff is super nice.
