La Perla Restaurant Cape Town

Very nice restaurant on Beach Road, Seapoint with a beautiful and relaxing terrace. The service was attentive and friendly. The meals were very tasty. The food just wasn’t special enough to warrant five stars.

The iced coffee with icecream is very lovely. We were cycling from the harbour to camps bay, this was a drinking stop. Good terrace, good places with shade. Little busy road in front but no problem. Did not eat something. Rutendo, the waitress was very polite and helpful! 😘

My family and I have been eating here for 30+ years. The waiters know us all. The food is great. The views are great. The service is consistently good. I think it’s one of the oldest restaurants in Cape Town. My favourite has always been the spaghetti bolognaise but I’ve tried a lot of the menu, and nothing has disappointed. Thank you for always being so accommodating.

Nice restaurant , hence we walked in - in the first place . My partner and I felt so unseen. We walked in and the lady in the front did not escort us to a table, however she said sit wherever you’d like. Cool, we sit down and for 20 minutes. I hate to be this person but we were the only black individuals in the restaurant And no one paid attention to us. Naturally, we got up and walked out . No one cared to ask why we were leaving. We headed over Hugo Social Club . Best decision ever .

What terrible service particularly from Deepti. No one came to help us until the manager eventually came through and he was great. The food was rubbery and burnt. My mocktail was drenched in syrup and insanely badly mixed. But the location is great and it’s really pretty- very disappointing.

The best fish and seafood in all Cape Town. Very big portions and delicious fish. One of the best I have ever eaten in my life! Also great atmosphere and friendly staff. You should try sole and grilled calamari plate plus they have amazing salads. Truly recommend!

I visited La Perla, an Italian restaurant, and had a wonderful experience. The service was pleasant, the Bolognese pasta was delicious, and the portion was generous. The view from the restaurant is absolutely stunning. I definitely recommend this place! 🍝✨

Great option for an upmarket lunch or dinner, overlooking the ocean on Seapoint. We ordered a salad that we shared with 8 people as an easy starter. The risotto primavera was delicious as a main. Extensive wine list. Desserts are a generous portion and can be shared, with a great selection. Good service. I would recommend La Perla.
