My dad took the 1969 photo while we were on holiday in St Tropez in 1969. Both restaurants are still there today! The food was great and the service and atmosphere were excellent as you’d expect. It’s not cheap, but the starters are recommended as ‘for sharing’ and there are main courses that don’t break the bank. The desserts looked amazing, but we didn’t have one.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, it started raining and they were quick to protect the clients with cover. Food was ok, we liked the chicken with champignons but the sardines were too thin. But all in all it is a nice place to stop for lunch or dinner.

We walked past this during lunch time and the setting was so beautiful that we stopped to see if we could make a reservation for dinner that night. Luckily, they were able to accommodate us so we returned and had a lovely meal. It’s on a busy but quiet street with a beautiful view of the sea. We had the Moules Pesquière and the sardines for appetizers. The muscles were fresh and delicious. I had the dorado for my main dish and it too was delicious. We finished by splitting the cream brûlée for dessert which was tasty. The service was good, and we even enjoyed the closely placed tables and spoke to our dining neighbors.

We had an excellent dining experience overall. The mussels, calamari, and sardines were outstanding, with the mussels standing out as some of the best we've tasted this summer—full of rich flavor and perfectly cooked. The fries were nicely done and complemented the meal well. The steak, cooked to our requested medium rare, was tender and juicy, and the hot sauce added a great kick without overpowering the dish. The service was attentive and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Despite a slight outdoor smell nearby, it didn’t take away from the enjoyable meal. We look forward to returning and trying more from the menu.

We had a great experience at this seafood restaurant in Saint-Tropez. We were quickly given a table and the atmosphere was wonderful with live music playing in the background. The staff were very attentive and friendly throughout our visit. Prices were fair—comparable to Swiss standards—so slightly high for France, but definitely worth it considering the quality and service. Highly recommended!

Overall, our dining experience was nice. We particularly enjoyed the mussels, calamari, and sardines. The mussels were among the best we've had this summer, with a very good taste. However, the fries were too dry and a bit of a letdown. The biggest disappointment was the steak. Despite asking for it to be medium rare, it arrived too well done and chewy. The hot sauce poured all over the meat may have contributed to this issue. At around €35, it was unfortunate that the person from our group couldn't eat it due to the texture. There was also a strange smell coming from the bush next to the tables, which was quite unpleasant. We hope the restaurant can address these issues for future guests.

Absolutely disgusting. We walked in hoping for a nice meal, but honestly, we didn’t even make it that far. First red flag? No soap in the toilet. In 2025. No soap. When I politely mentioned it to the waiter, he literally shrugged and said, “I don’t care.” No apology, no fix, just pure attitude. That kind of response tells you everything you need to know about this place. Rude, unprofessional, and clearly not interested in basic hygiene or customer service. The staff acted like they were doing us a favour just by acknowledging we were there. Not once did anyone smile, offer help, or even pretend to care. The energy was cold and hostile from the second we walked in. We didn’t even stay for the food—if they treat customers like garbage and don’t care about basic cleanliness, how can you trust what’s coming out of the kitchen? We walked out and will never be back. Absolutely zero stars if I could. Avoid this place like it’s toxic—because it is.

I would have given zero stars if possible. We arrived at this restaurant at 11:25 to eat there again. Everytime in the last 5 years if visiting we enjoyed the actually good food. But this time we were treated like beggars. We were told the restaurant was closed so we were waited outside. 5 minutes later, the waiter seated two different tables even though he saw us waiting. When we asked about that and wanted to sit down as well, he told us that they were completely booked and no seats available for us. I don't know if that happened because we spoke German or if we had a non-white person in our group or just out of spite but anyway we felt utterly disrespected here. We won't ever come again to this place.

Yelp
I go here whenever I am in St Tropez. I love their moules. It has a sweet ambience and nice people and is very reasonable.

Yelp
While in Saint-Tropez, we enjoyed a delicious meal here. There is a lovely view of the beach, and they have an extensive menu. They have an Entree/Plat/Dessert for 30 euros which is a great deal, especially for Saint-Tropez. They also have the Ice Tropez, which I highly recommend! It is one of the most refreshing drinks that I have ever had! I enjoyed the artichoke, the roasted red peppers, and the Tropezienne. If I did it again, I would do the menu and choose some other options, but I was overall pleased with my meal. Everyone was very satisfied with their choices, and I would definitely go back!

Yelp
After spending the entire morning at the markets in Saint Tropez it was nearly time for lunch. My boyfriend recommended we stop here to get a bite to eat as they have some of the best mussels! He was right the mussels were incredible and the salmon was equally impressive impressive. The staff did not speak great English but that's okay. He was able to understand my French and allowed me order without making me feel foolish. We both ordered from the fix-price menu. I recommend ordering moules y pomme frites (mussels and fries) it's a traditional French meal for déjeuner. If you are visiting this seaside town then I definitely recommend coming here for lunch or dinner. Perfect view of the sea and the food is excellent.

Yelp
Fantastic meal here on the corner of a busy little pedestrian street in the heart of St Tropez. The focus here is fish and dishes from Provance. They bring out tasty little chickpeas with cumin to start and sliced bread. We shared several things including mussels cooked in white wine and cream, baked eggplant in tomato sauce, the most incredible calamari, and a side of ratatouille. The highlights were the mussels and the calamari but everything was great. Service was very friendly and a 1/2 carafe of the house rosé wine was the perfect supplement to the meal. The only miss was the tarte tropezienne. This famous dessert that is a specialty in St Tropez was too bready here and the custard was too thick. Prices were reasonable for St Tropez. Dinner for two including wine was around 75 euros.
