This place has a gift. Not good food, not good service a gift for ruining a perfectly fine day. 2023: They forgot my main course. After an hour they politely asked if I’d like to place my order. Stunning idea. I never considered ordering food… at a restaurant. 2024: They added ingredients I’m allergic to. After asking me if I have allergies. Bold strategy. “Are you allergic to anything?” followed by “Here, have some anyway.” Is this a restaurant or a live-action medical experiment? 2025: Christmas booking cancelled. On Christmas. Iconic. Nothing says festive spirit like scrambling for a dinner table while questioning your life choices. At this point, I’m convinced the only consistency here is chaos. And disappointment. Mostly disappointment.

La Piazza at Hyatt Regency New Delhi offers a decent dining experience. While the pizza was of average taste, the garlic bread stood out for its crunchiness and flavor. The staff were prompt and courteous, adding to the overall service quality. A satisfactory visit, though the food could use some improvement.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with the Staff I expect transparency and professionalism from any restaurant, especially a 5-star establishment — but our experience was the opposite. We were not informed properly about the dish when ordering, and only after it arrived did we realise key details had never been explained. When we politely requested a replacement, the staff’s response was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the miscommunication, they insisted the dish was already prepared and started arguing with us. There was no attempt to understand our concern, no courtesy, and certainly no 5-star service. For a place that positions itself as premium, the attitude and behaviour of the staff were unacceptable. We left feeling unheard and dissatisfied. Definitely not the kind of hospitality one expects at this level.

Loved the entire experience here. The ambience was great. The service was quick and good. The person waiting our table did provide recommendations. The pan seared sea bass was super delicious and definitely a must have. The grilled salmon fillet was good too. They offered a starter with thin bread drizzled with balsamic vinegar and sundried tomatoes. The Tuna carpaccio was cold but decent in taste. Overall definitely a must visit place if you're looking for a Italian dining experience

Wonderful restaurant for perfect Pizza and pasta. This widely loved Italian restaurant in Delhi features a classic wood-fired oven, which lends a typical flavour to the pizzas. Service was impeccable. But the best part was the Tiramisu.

I absolutely love Italy and Italian food, especially if it's as authentic to the real Italian experience. La Piazza, at the Hyatt Regency is fashioned like a typical Italian Taverna, with low light and close tables and intimate food and social experiences. It's Italian romance at its best, complete with the hustle and bustle similar to an Italian restaurant. The restaurant just completed 25 years and it just goes to show how seasoned they are in the kitchens when it comes to Italian. It's the perfect place for a casual date night. And even more perfect if you want an authentic Italian culinary experience. Their risottos and tortellinis are the highlights. And paired with a lovely red wine, lo and behold, you're back in Italy, in the middle of Delhi, India, just like that!

Super experience! The food is great, ambience is fabulous and the waiter Amrit went beyond and above our expectations. He kept an eye on us the whole time, exceeding our needs without even asking. Must try in Delhi if you fancy italian food!

The best tiramisu i’ve ever had! Literally worth every penny. Pizza was a little overrated and not that good for the price point but otherwise i’ll surely visit again for the pasta and tiramisu
