We tried 🍽️ dinner for first time here and we were pleasantly impressed with the menu selection, ingredients quality that make the dishes delicious. From starter to desert everything was perfect, served in time with the right wine selection, friendly service. Felt like one of those places highly appreciated by locals. We'll be back next time in Milano.

When in Milan, it has to be Risotto alla Milanese con Ossobuco. I had just arrived in the city and assumed most places would be fully booked—but luckily, this charming restaurant had one table available and welcomed me in with warm hospitality. The atmosphere was wonderfully authentic, like a cozy, family-run Italian trattoria. I had a salad, some cheese, and of course, the main dish. Everything was delicious! The ossobuco was fall-apart tender with a mild, comforting flavor. In contrast, the risotto had that perfect al dente bite, with rich cheese notes and just the right touch of saffron. It paired so well with the red wine that I ended up having three glasses! If you’re looking to enjoy classic Milanese cuisine in a casual and heartwarming setting, I highly recommend this place

The staff was really friendly! He gave us the best recommendations. The Milano risotto with saffrons was so great! Mixed with the Oxtail, the risotto was the next level. Compared to the risotto, I think the fired pork steak was not that surprised. Just the normal taste, which reminded me of the chicken popcorn of KFC. The grilled veggies were also good. I like the original taste of the veggies. The Panna cotta was amazing! The milky and creamy texture and taste made you can’t stop eating. However, their tiramisu was not really great… I think was too dry and the mascarpone cream was not enough. Overall, the main dishes were excellent.

We were staying just up the road from this lively little restaurant and called here for an evening meal. All the staff were lovely and friendly. we had trouble accessing the English menu on my phone, so a member of staff let us use his phone . My husband and I had the cheese balls to start with, and both had pasta dishes for our main meal both delicious and reasonably priced for Milan at around €13 each. We sat outside watching the world go by which was really nice.

Great food and fantastic service. Florence was our host, she really made the evening. She was very accommodating to us speaking English, and recommended delicious wine. Highly recommend!

Nice Milanese food! Place is small though. Ask for the English menu (they are still updating as of 8 June 2019). The staff will walk you through their menu. Loved their risottos, steak with asparagus and cheese balls. They got a decent list of wines as well.

Overall a nice place to try milanese food. Entry+caffè+wine+risotto+water was €50 It's a little overvalued for what it is, but a nice backup plan. Would come back.

This place feels really authentic. It has the style of the old "Osteria Milanese" and people who work here have the Milanese accent. The environment is warm and welcoming, maybe a bit dark but it is in line with the style. We ate surrounded by old locals and it gives the idea to be in a well-known historical place. The food was amazing and dessert sad delicious. The only downside I could find was the coffee not that good. It tasted weird. Overall I really like this place. It is not cheap but it is definitely worth it. Recommend.

Yelp
The wine is outstanding and the steak is cooked into perfection. The tiramisu has a traditional taste and it's not too sweet. The service is excellent.

Yelp
A great homie traditional milanese restaurant. I had a fun dinner with some friends here over the Christmas holidays. We shared some appetizers, drank three bottles of wine, and had each one a main dish. It's a bit loud, but where in Italy you find a quiet restaurant? Highly suggested. They take AMEX, and other cards. Remember to reserve a table. It can get crowded..
