La Pirogue

Fullfilling dinner, very tasty n good variety. The seafood platter is definitely different from others we have tried around the island having their unique flavour. Jimmy was extremely kind and helpful. He looks like he enjoys working in the hotel. Zakir ensured that everything went as requested. Definitely a memorable cosy time.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful! We had some food requirements which were accommdated! We spoke to a number of chefs and other staff and got some nice meals. They even have a non alcoholic selection! We loved celebrating new years at La Pirogue! ||Some amazing staff were Augun, Andy, Mommy, Parvaiz, Loban, Ravin, Nissan, Chefs Diksha and Vik!

We stayed over New Year 24/25 after having travelled through South Afrika! S relaxing end to our travel! La Pirogue turnes put to be a very good experience and a very nice way to end out journey!||Very beautiful beach and garden! ||Good restaurants and nice variety of food and beverages. ||Very recommendable.

La Pirogue is my favourite resort in Mauritius. The friendly atmosphere with excellent service offers any and everyone the perfect, exotic, relaxed and fun experience. The staff go above and beyond to have a memorable stay to entice you back. Entertainment is tailored to all ages and the food and service is excellent. The rooms are perfectly set up and the amazing beach right at your doorstep makes this a must stay! Have to add that the beach facilities from kayaking, pedal boats, paddle boards, snorkeling and even scuba diving trips 5 minutes from the beach are incredibly well organised and made this trip all the more wonderful! We treated ourselves to a spa - the authentic Mauritian massage was the best i have had. So grateful for such a memorable experience.

La Pirogue is the jewel in the crown of Mauritian hotels. I have visited Mauritius on 55 occasions over the past 37 years and tried a number of hotels, but I keep coming back to La Pirogue. The staff are genuine and so helpful. You feel that you are at home with family - they really go out of their way for you. Whether its comfort, location, food, facilities, or service, the rating is 5 star. I highly recommend it.

We recently stayed at Pirogue and everything was lovely especially the staff who is doing a great job. All the team at the kids club is amazing and took care of my son, Radu in an impeccable manner. The food is great, so fresh, the property is nice and I loved the sunsets on the beach, the garden full of palm trees and birds, simply paradise. I will come back and truly recommend to everyone.

Great service from Kisna Zakir at the Le Morne restaurant! Great food and lovely view from our seats as 40 years of marriage was celebrated. An unforgettable night filled with laughter and songs. We will without a doubt return to the beautiful island! Thank you

We had a meal at Magenta restaurant. The service was excellent, friendly and attentive without being claustrophobic. Food was very good - very much worth a visit you will not regret it.
