La Placita

When we went there a school group stopped in before us! It created a longer wait time for our food. We were given free nachos and salsa to tide us over until our food arrived. It was well worth the wait time.

Well they look good but looks are deceiving, both the so called steak and chicken tacos, tasted and had the consistency of cat food. They used to be a lot better I don't know what happened, and as for service that was all so terrible there was nobody in there and it took her 15 minutes to take our order.

The people here are so friendly. The cook comes out occasionally to check in things, especially if there are allergies. Very comfortable setting with wrap around windows that overlook the Square. Clean environment, tasty food, friendly staff. Wonderful experience! Totally going back!

Better than average Mexican restaurant. They have great El Pastor rotisserie style. No pineapple but we'll seasoned and crispy edges. I had their Chicharron in green salsa which was also really good. Prices are okay but, the quality of the food is worth it.

Located on the square in Woodstock, IL, this wonderful authentic Mexican place offers a wide variety of great dishes at a good price. We both had the Pork Huaraches which were outstanding!!! The Pork is done in a surprisingly cool way, which I will let you find out when you visit. A bit jealous of those who live nearby and they should visit often. The service is good so don't wait to try out this place soon. Open to 1:00 AM on Friday and Saturday for a late night snack.

We stop in weekly for tacos or a burrito. Each time is equally as delicious! Staff is very friendly and service is quick. Definitely recommend!!

Food was alright. Service was very good. Nice atmosphere downtown Woodstock.
