This is a great hidden gem! Note that reservations are required to get a table by the water. The floor inside is sand, so wearing heels is not a good option. There are NO vegetarian options at this place, all of the entrees are either meat or fish. The service is great! Beautiful views right on the water with a nice glass of wine.

Very nice restaurant. Probably one of the very best dining you can find on Tahiti. The restaurant is located directly next to, and with a spectacular view of, the ocean. The menu is French/Tahiti style, very well cooked and presented. Wines are good and the staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back here next time I vistit Tahiti iti. Recommended!

Get out of the resort, rent a car, drive around the island and make a stop here for lunch. Amazing views and delicious food. The freshest seafood and also really fabulous desserts. Street parking only, but there is plenty a short walk away and you get to explore the lagoon on your way to/from.

Wow you have got to go here if you can make to this side of the island. It a little trek from Papeete but it is soooo worth it. The seating is right on the lagoon. U see fresh fish 🐠🐟 all over when u look over the wall. The staff is super friendly. The menu is on a chalk board but you can ask for an English menu if you French is not good like me. The portions are large and the food is very tasty. If you want to try a little of everything the seafood platter is your best bet. If you want the scallops Tahitian local blue one is was good as well in a light curry sauce.

Yeah so this place is now one of my top 10 favorite restaurants on the planet. Excellent seafood all around and a location that is absolutely amazing. Plan a few hours and a designated driver, as it’s hard to leave. If I had to live on a deserted island for the rest of my life and could have one meal dropped from the sky everyday it would the seafood platter from La Plage de Maui. Oh, and oddly, the fries here might be the best fries I’ve ever had. Update: 3/23/24. Just returned — amazing!!!
