I spent 5 days in this hotel which to tell the truth is a bit old and needs some renovation. The first impact was not great , for me especially that since 25 years have been working in the tourism industry and the hotels are my second home. I have to say that the view, the location and the beach are amazing. The food was delicious, full of flavors and the quality of the ingredients of a high level. But what made my journey great, was the service and the cordiality of the staff. Without them my vacation would have not been the same. They are the heart and the soul of this hotel. Starting from the check in (Alessia, Diego, Pasquale) ,the beach bar (Irene) and the bay watch Hamza , they are all one big team ,ready to take care of every detail, every request of all the guests. They are so naturally polite, hard workers and full of love for theirs job. I definitely recommend this hotel and of course see you next year!

We arrived at this beautiful beach club directly facing the beautiful sea and turquoise- aquamarine waters. No need for snorkeling gear because the fish are everywhere to easily see. The beach club staff and management were truly kind, available and personable as well professional. Aperol spritz done perfectly as well as my friends Sicilian gin and tonic with fresh mint ! We were not very hungry but we did have the f as nous arancini and loved it ! This is a great spot to chill all day with a friend,family or solo. Very relaxing to be here today. Even Marcos the manager on duty was super helpful and took photos without question. All the servers are always smiling. I will definitely come back and tell my friends ! |Grazie Mille

I came here for my birthday and absolutely loved the beach resort. Cocktails were great. And the service was especially amazing. Irene was a very attentive host and very kind. She even brought me a fruit platter for my birthday that i really appreciated. I also got to try the amazing ginger sweets from Simone that were delicious. I will highly reccomend this place.

One of the best locations in Sicily truly a Gem of Italy. From the moment we arrived the team was wonderful and helpful. The beach club is fantastic with a great team who look after everyone, perfectly positioned with a view that can only be experienced with one’s own eyes. Salvatore was a standout!! He helped us book a wonderful tour of Mount Etna with a beautiful lunch and wine tasting this was an excellent recommendation and we were so happy for his recommendation as well as the skill and timing of all the bookings. Salvatore went above and beyond when I left my passport behind at one of the locations we visited. He advised the best solution and picked up and posted it to our following destination. He was so helpful!! I can’t express my gratitude enough!

If you have even one day in Taromina, it will not be wasted at the beach club at La Plage Resort. Beautiful views of Isola Bella, delicious food and drink menu, and amazing service. Totally worth the price of a daybed even if not staying at the resort.

The beach is beautiful from the water to the views. You need beach shoes due to the large rocks. The staff at the beach, restaurant and front desk were very helpful. The front desk were able to get my medicine delivered to me directly. The rooms were too small and the bathroom was filled with mold in the shower. For the price, the bathrooms need to be updated ( in my opinion)

The bungalows we're loving. The staff was attentive and friendly. The chairs at the beach were comfortable although the beaches are all rocks so water shoes are a must!! I was able to purchase a pair for only 10€. The dinner Restaurant meal we had was good but the menu was lacking options like salad in the appetizer section. We would definitely come again!

I purchased the beach club passes. And my experience wasn’t the best. Thank goodness this is my last day here, otherwise it would’ve put a sour taste in my mouth the rest of my trip. I had amazing service elsewhere. But here, the staff were unwelcoming, especially the “lifeguards” or the men dressed in red. Based on the other reviews it seems like they are inattentive to beach club goers. If that’s the service they provide, maybe take away beach club passes?? It’s just not worth it, go somewhere else. I paid $200 for the passes, I should feel welcomed at the least.
