I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Casa Andina Schell. I went for lunch and was impressed with the buffet: a great variety of delicious, fresh and well-presented dishes. The service was exceptional, the staff was always attentive to our needs and very friendly. I would like to especially highlight the attention of manager Carlitos, who made us feel very welcome and provided impeccable service. I would also like to recognize the incredible work of chef Gino, who prepared the most delicious dishes I have tasted in a long time. And I cannot forget to mention the hostesses Eliza and Sheyla, who were very kind and courteous throughout the meal. In addition, the price of the buffet was very reasonable for the quality of the food and service. I definitely recommend this place for an incredible gastronomic experience. Thanks to Hotel Casa Andina Schell and all its staff for an unforgettable experience!

Angel was outstanding, he was the most professional server I've dealt with, he was very respectful and he had patience telling us about the options and what to try since it's our first time in Peru, everything he recommended was delicious, if you visit this place let him know. 5 stars experience!!!

I’m still in shock given this place’s location. I hate to do this but the service was atrocious and the food was worse. Barely edible at best. The place was empty on a Friday night, but it took repeated asks to get anything to the table. Which still took an hour or so. The food was cold, and was the quality of bad vending machine dinners. The staff was nice when you spoke to them but completely clueless as to was then were doing.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and generous portions.

La atención es buena pero la calidad y variedad de platos deja mucho que desear: SOLO hay escabeche, aji de pollo, seco, frejoles, olluquito, cau cau y cerdo en laminas como opciones en el buffet criollo. En el caso de postres, no hay tortas en sí ni opciones saladas. Para el precio de 69 soles no me parece que lo valga, hay mejores opciones.
