Nobody on reception unless they are ready to take your money. Nowhere to hang up a towel in the bathroom. No coffee or tea in making in the room. TV was unusable. Breakfast was pretty mid, one coffee and they had run out of cereal

Rude staff. The waiter refused to serve tea in the afternoon despite me being the guest. The waiter said: "if you order drinks only, you cannot stay in the restaurant". There was also a problem with my room as the hosting institution messed up my reservation. I was told I had to change rooms for the last night. On the next day when I left the hotel after breakfast and came back two hours later I was informed I had a new room and that my things had been moved by the staff of the hotel....can't believe my personal things were touched and moved by a stranger... no apology whatsoever... I will never book a room here again...

They are described as "pet friendly" so I made a reservation, but when I called to ask about my dog I was told not to bring him because he is not "a small dog". They only take dogs under 5kg. What is the difference?? Small dogs are much noisier and worse behaved in my experience. I had to cancel my reservation and now I'm stuck trying to find another place.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, and a staff that can't possibly be more helpful and nicer. Highly recommended.

We loved our breakfast here, the food is good the service is great. Totally recommend

Very nice hotel on a super location in the center of Oudenaarde. We had a beautiful room with a nice view on the famous town hall. The rooms are very nice and large!

Lovely small hotel overlooking the Markt and the MOU Museum. Would recommend
