La Posada de la Puebla de Sanabria

Great food quality and quantity: the octopus was just perfectly cooked. Lovely location and incredibly friendly staff. 4 stars only because the piquillo salad was lacking some more tuna and the pork was a little bit too salty.

I would highly recommend this place to have a drink and dinner. Is is located in a very historical town and the place is amazing. I would not leave here without having a drink and food. It opens at 8pm for dinner as the laws do not allow them open before 8pm. Located right at the top of the village this is a place not to miss.

A great restaurant in a beautiful little medieval town. The food was absolutely fantastic. Can highly recommend the smoked salmon, cod and greats cheese salad and the ox tale. It's a really pretty little restaurant and well worth a visit

One of the best tostada con tomate y jamón I ever had ! Ham was rich in flavour, and tomato spread felt was home made and fresh. Great place to grab breakfast both as a pilgrim passing by, or a tourist staying.

Visited during a short stop at Puebla de Sanabria. Wanted some breakfast around noon, the kitchen was open but they refused making some fried eggs because it was "too much work for the kitchen". Instead we had a -quite dry- spanish tortilla. The person in charge was not very kind. Not going back. Sorry.

Sorry all, Overrated restaurant. Sea bass was on the menu and i got a kind of overcooked sole. The chef did not even bother to appologize. No second time for me.
