More than a 3 star hotel!
We arrived in Peru at 5am and had booked for one night. The hotel was amazing - they allowed us into our room at 5am and moved our breakfast to that morning (as we needed to leave very early the next day). The breakfast was an incredible 3 course breakfast included! The grounds are beautiful for sitting and watching the garden, the city, and the mountains. The rooms are beautifully designed and feel like luxury after a long bus ride. The gym was also a nice touch as well with free bottled water. The garden is noisy with the fast river and the road going into the town - but the rooms are well tucked away with thick stone walls.

the hotel is very charming and very quiet, we had a lovely time, but they didn’t have many vegan options neither for dinner or for breakfast, they didn’t even have vegan milk options. The service in the morning was rather slow and we had to ask mutliple times for the same thing. The rooms are very spacious, beautiful and very clean!

We enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. It's tucked into the busiest part of the entrance to the town center, but surprisingly serene with the sound of the river covering the sounds of traffic. And the views of Volcano Misti bring a sense of nature and openess to the location.

Amazing cozy and beautiful hotel at Arequipa. I will always remember enjoying my breakfast hearing the river and looking at the Misti. It was amazing. Also, the staff is really friendly and helpful, always willing to support and surprise you. I did the Inka massage at the spa and it was remarkable. My time in this lovely city won't be forgotten.

Mu husband and I spent 3 nights here, our first hotel of our Peruvian holiday. The garden in particular and the premises in general are pretty and well looked after. It’s lovely to look over the river and having the vulcano in the background. Upon arrival a complimentary drink to have at the bar is offered. Breakfast was very good too: with the possibility of ordering up to 3 plates (sweet and savoury). The room was spacious, bright and the bed was very comfy! I’d say it’s a bit noisy for me being a lightsleeper as the bridge nearby gets busy with cars and mopeds beeping from early in the morning and the window did not block out the noise much - although it didn’t prevent me from sleeping or wake me up in the middle of the night to be fair. Cleanliness standards of our bedroom weren’t the highest: some visible stains on the sofa, floor got the soles of the slippers provided black, the bathroom got easily steamed (due to poor ventilation) and felt damp after each shower. Also no small table nor chairs to enjoy the small balcony in our room

This cosy boutique hotel provides retreat in the heart of Arequipa. It has beautiful gardens, and is situated right on the shore of a river. The staff is very friendly and customer oriented.

I loved this hotel. It's a gem. It's in the shadow of the bridge, but you'd never know. It feels like an oasis from the city even though the centre is a short walk away. The restaurant and gardens have views of El Misty up above and the Chilli river down below and are very restful. The gardens catch the sun. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff could not be more helpful. It can get a little cold but we slept very well and the value for money was extraordinary. Thank you for such a happy stay. I'm so glad we found you.

Its location is unique: an oasis in Arequipa, right next to its oldest bridge and the Chili river. A hotel you would not expect in the middle of a city, with lush gardens and nice rooms, with balconies. Nicely furnished, clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast - all good.
