Incredible place. Peaceful. Beautiful setting, especially in the domes with a view of the water (La Poza). Excellent food, good service overall though a bit slow at times. The domes are really awesome, especially with the gas fire pits. Amazing waking up to the birds. Only suggestion? A little work on the rooms would easily command a higher price. A bit musty smelling inside. That said, we loved it and we will be back!

Stayed at La Poza for five days in May. Weather was spectacular and the hotel was like being in paradise. I had a King Dome right on the lagoon and was serenaded by birdsong which was lovely. Enjoyed several meals at the restaurant at tables out on the sand. The food and the service was excellent. I enjoyed just hanging out by the pool or walking into town via the palm grove. Todos Santos is a charming town with great restaurants, galleries and shops. It was a perfect, relaxing and rejuvenating stay.

I absolutely loved my stay here! I came at the end of May for 5 nights / 6 days. I stayed in the waterfront king dome and it was so incredibly peaceful. The entire team and staff is amazing, they all knew me by name by the second day and made me feel so comfortable and at home. The service is excellent. I had several meals at Na Ha and the food was excellent. I would’ve eaten every meal here, but there are some amazing restaurants in town as well. I was comparing this hotel with other recommended ones in the area but none of them have the lush landscape that La Poza has. The lagoon is an oasis and you can hear the sound of the ocean in the distance. I was also glad they had starlink because I had to take a few work calls while staying, which worked perfectly. I will note that there were two mornings where the power went out for a couple of hours but after researching that is just the nature of this region and has nothing to do with the hotel specifically. Just something to be aware of. Overall I think joyed my stay and hope to be back some day!

Loved my stay at La Poza and looking forward to visiting again! It’s such a hidden gem. We loved it. The property is beautiful and the staff are so kind and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Would love to return soon. For people coming from out of the country: you will need a rental car to get to the hotel. It’s down a dirt road near the ocean. We had no issues getting around, but want to flag. :)

If I could I would give this hotel zero stars mainly because of the horrible costumer service. It was a shame because they made us feel not comfortable at all. We stayed at the hotel two weeks ago. Most of their staff specifically waiters have no clue what costumer service is. The guy at pool’s bar never offered us any drinks when we arrived. He was rude (even making face gestures) when we were asking questions about the tequila selection. He would walk in front of our chairs and not bother to ask if we would like another drink. He closed the bar without saying a basic thing such as “last call”. Nothing. At dinner time we went to their restaurant. The guy working on the bar was preparing some drinks. We said “hi” he didn’t respond and for 3 minutes he didn’t even hand us the menus or asked us how he could help. Super awkward. We felt so uncomfortable that the next day we decided to have breakfast and dinner out in town. The service at the restaurants outside the hotel was great, contrary to La Poza. We would never recommend this place to anyone. It’s sad because the hotel location is nice, even when we didn’t get the room that we booked.

We walked in for breakfast and walked out with a reservation for the night (off season.) We could not imagine a better place for our last night in Todos Santos after seeing the beautiful views and grounds and our excellent server, Eder made some amazing dinner recommendations. Hotel Manager, Ulysses, was also very hospitable and showed us the available dome beautifully maintained and situated right on the lagoon with a fire pit. We had already explored downtown and local beaches and just wanted to relax. The setting was beautiful, tranquil, and the only sounds were the crashing waves and the wildlife. A bonus was the access to kayaks which we used to go explore the lagoon and local beach (no swimming, but beautiful!) Downtown is nice but off the beaten path is just what the doctor ordered! Thank you for the warm welcome, the hospitality, the stunning grounds, relaxing view and delicious food by chef Andre! We recommend the french toast(bread baked in-house), the tasty Totoaba fish(like a Sea-bass), and the perfectly prepared Sonora filet mignons. 👍🏼😍😋

The two desk ladies Sarah and Acucena were so sweet and helpful. We loved being g off the beaten path. You definitely need to rent a car as there’s nothing in walking distance. The ground were clean as was the hotel. The pool was so nice. It was pretty empty during our stay so it was quiet. I think that the restaurant could do/offer more or better options. More vegetarian options and may e smoothies or bowls. If you want a quiet and peaceful place to stay in a pristine location I recommend here. There’s no swimming in the ocean in todos santos so recommend a day trip to La Paz or Cerritos.

This hotel is a great surprise after heading down a simple road, you enter paradise. Kayak across the hotel’s pond to walk a beautiful and near empty beach. We saw many whales and saw only one other couple on the beach. The rooms are quiet, very clean and well appointed. We ate dinner and had breakfast there, too, and were so pleasantly surprised by the quality and great tasting food. Our stay was just great, not one complaint. Staff is also amazing, great service, tips on local things, great bar, too.
