La Prosciutteria Firenze

Just dropped by this restaurant after noticing its high rating and large number of reviews. Tried their meat platter and best seller bread — overall, the experience was decent. House wine (red or white) also not bad, just EUR3.50 per class. What really stood out to me was the unique interior design, which is quite special. That said, there’s still room for improvement in other areas.

The staff here are very nice and friendly. The space is quite small, with just a few tables, so it can get crowded at times. It seems quite touristy, but don’t worry, it’s still worth it because of the food quality, price, and atmosphere. I ordered the meat board, which includes some hams, salami, croutons, three slices of bread, and three different kinds of sauces. I really liked the bread with tomato paste; it’s not as sour as the one used with pasta. The bread with cheese (he said it’s a kind of blue cheese) was also pretty nice. I loved the ham so much. As for the salt-cured ham, I think it should be served colder. Overall, it’s totally worth trying.

I ordered the Tagliere Gourmet, which according to the menu has 6 types of cold cuts, 4 types of cheese, 4 types of croutons, vegetables, jam, honey and fruit, and it didn’t come with jam or fruit. The cold meats were good, and I liked two of the cheeses (the stronger ones). The vegetables were okay, and the toasts were too (although a bit soggy). The bread that came on the side was slightly hard, specially the ends. The tables are so close that it’s impossible to not hear what you neighbours are talking about. I wouldn’t come back.

Nice spot to try local Tuscan food. The panini sandwich was excellent, and the salami was fresh and flavorful. Would recommend if you want something local and casual.

We ordered to share and it was perfect. A wonderful place in Florence for a casual lunch. Food serving was incredibly generous, our platter for two easily fed our family of 4. Small drinks menu also well priced with fabulous wine on offer.

One of the best casual places to eat in Florence. Guys behind the counter bustt their ass to get food prepared n do a great job. Great panini, meat boards, wine n beer. Way better than the place down the block with the long lines. Gets crowded but places open up fast.

Awesome food, house special meats, and great charcuterie boards that have a lot of options on them and are soo beautiful, team there speaks several languages, and they are super friendly

Wow! What delicious charcuterie! This is a must for anyone looking to have prosciutto, salami and cheeses! The servings are huge and definitely a to go box will be needed! Lunch for three at $15 each! If you go with a small group ask to be seated down the steps where you will be surrounded by barbies/dolls in cages and well wishes from customers.
