This was our first meal in Uruguay and we really enjoyed it. The meat was tasty, my wife loved the baked potato. It seems like a family business, which I’m happy to support.

Steaks are delicious and great pride taken in the cooking of them. Amazing side options too - we had the garlic baked potatoes

Kind people, best steak that is juicy, charred, flavorful and not greasy (better than all I have had in BsAs including Don Julio). Dessert is tasty too!

One of our favorite restaurants when we visit Montevideo Uruguay. Rib eye is delicious sides are fantastic. Sausages are awesome . Be sure to check days and times before you go. Not open every day, but well worth planning a dinner there.

Wow this place is definitely a hidden gem in Montevideo and one of the best eats!
It was supposed to close at 3pm but there were still people streaming in for orders. The place is pretty small so it probably can seat like 15 people max, but the waiting time is really crazy.
I ordered and waited and my food almost came like an hour later. Well I guess good food is worth the wait because I really felt the meat was amazing! In the meantime while waiting it was definitely a joy watching the chef cooking the meats if you are seated at the counter seats.
This place not only serve good meats, the flan is also totally to die for!
I would say this is definitely my most enjoyable meal in Montevideo and also worth the two thumbs up! Highly recommended!

Such an awesome little asado place, you can definitely tell it’s a neighborhood favorite. We showed up not long after it opened with just one or two customers, but by the time we left the inside and outside seating was full! The food was so awesome. I’d never had blood sausage but decided to try it, they recommended the salt, not sweet, version. It was sooo good and moist.
Thank you so much for the hospitality and the excellent food and service.

You want a local's joint serving authentic Uruguayan parrilla, this is the place. 🤩
We were tossing up between a few places in the area and thought this might feed but only our need for exploration but an authentic parrilla. It delivered in spades on both counts.
The service is great, friendly without being overbearing and they were eternally patient with our broken Spanish.
The meat is delicious and even the simple salad won our hearts.
Great local wine served by the glass, carafe or bottle.
You can't really go wrong!
