We had an unforgettable dinner with a breathtaking view. We were two couples and a baby and the staff made us feel completely welcome . We ordered two linguine with lobster (absolutely delicious), four appetizers, four main dishes, two bottles of wine, and four scroppinos to finish — everything was superb. The service was attentive, the seafood fresh, and the atmosphere elegant but relaxed. Perfect for a special night out with friends or family. Highly recommended — we will definitely return!

Service was very bad, the waiters were pretending they don’t see or hear us when we wanted to order or ask for the check. On the other hand, the food was delicious, pasta with seafood and the fried calamari were really good. The portion of pasta could be a little bit more. I wouldn’t come back because of the poor service quality though.

What a great find in Gallipoli! Both pastas we had were light and delicious with fresh seafood. Service also top notch! Will be coming back during our stay here.

Great dining experience, featuring delicious food and outstanding service. We started with the raw fish appetizer platter, which was fresh and flavorful. For the main course, we had the Bono pasta and the lemon with shrimp pasta; both dishes were good. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality of the food and the pleasant atmosphere make it worth the cost. Highly recommended!

Gambaro de sale was excellent. Very fresh seafood. Excellent service.

Google photos looked great, but the pasta dishes were very plain, not much flavor. We were the second table seated and first to order. Entrees did not come out together. 4the and 5th tables were getting their entrees before our last dish to come was a very simple spaghetti and shrimp. We were basically done with the meal when the last person’s entree came. Our friend basically ate alone, disappointing meal

Diner with my love. It’s a cold night here in Gallipoli, 20 degrees but with a cold wind coming from the sea! Totani are a type of flying squid, similar to calamari, but they are not the same. While both are common in Italian cuisine and often confused, they have distinct differences in texture, flavor, and how they are best prepared. As an entrée. Tagliolini pesce spade con curvumen and swordfish for me.

Loved the king prawns in Brut, but wished they were peeled as it was somewhat difficult to eat them. The monkfish was super tasty. The tuna was fine but overdone. The pasta with seafood was also pretty good. The wine list is huge! The service impeccable. The outdoor tables are wrinkled and as it is half closed space it was a little stuffy.

A very good address for lunch or dinner in touristy Gallipoli. La Puritate offers a good fish-based fare at low prices and their service is very kind and attentive. Wait for the free cookies at the end of the meal, they are amazing!

I was looking for a good seafood restaurant in Gallipoli and the reviews in Yelp made me decide for it. The restaurant is amazing!! The antipasti of seafood is outstanding and together with a good wine you can fly! We also asked for a pasta and it was gorgeous!! It's a fare price for the food! I would definitely come back!

I found this restaurant in yelp and went to it because it had good reviews. After eating there, I will also agree that it is a good restaurant. The food (mostly seafood dishes) was excellent and the service was great. This is great place to go if you want to have a nice romantic dinner near the ocean...All for a good price!
