Awesome vegan oasis in the heart of Ixtapa town. Excellent bistro and cafe selection of sandwiches, salads and drinks. Love the healthy shots and shakes. Located adjacent to the town square. Small market with healthy foods. Good vibes.

Very nice space, relaxing and comfortable. Polite and helpful staff, and of course very nice food. The coconut cake is amazing. I’ll be back!

Great place to relax and get some coffee and cake. It's delicious and really hip! Looks like something out of Portland. They have free WiFi too.

Super tasty and healthy vegan food in a really spacious and cool environment

This place is a gem, the chicken burger is delish -finger licking. The staff is friendly, the menu is in English, they have a thrift store and they support the arts. I’m here for a 9 days and you bet I’m coming every day at least once. I hope they don’t get tired of me.

This wonderful restaurant seems to have closed since we were in town last. So sorry to see it gone, hopefully the owners can let us know if they open another one. Healthy, fresh ingredients, vegan friendly… I could not ask for more. We miss this place so much!

Great find. Amazing food. Vegan too. Local and organic products for sale including this find (see pic) of a locally brewed beer. If you are in Ixtapa or Zihatanejo for a visit or a longer stay, you must stop by La Raíz de la Tierra.

Very delicious! Great vegan place, I am so glad they are here. We went twice during our 1 week stay (and would go every day if time allowed). Beautiful, both the food presentation and the atmosphere. Great vibes. Can't recommend it enough 😄

Great atmosphere. Unique offerings on the menu. Excellent coffee. Friendly service. Love the decor. Has a trendy urban hipster feel to it. I had black coffee, 'cafe Americano' and the chorizo on toast. Delicious! Outdoor seating available. Restrooms are very clean. Vegan menu

I love the modern look, the decor. The vegan food is scrumptious! The waitresses are so polite and patient as they do strive to meet the needs of us customers! We so appreciate the tasty good for the health vegan food! Yum!

The beyond burger was incredible! I asked for it with grilled onions and mushrooms and the works. It was the best veggie burgers I've ever had. My husband agrees. We also had a tangerine and pineapple ginger kombucha. I cannot wait to bring all my friends (even the meat eaters) to try it. Muy muy feliz!!

This was my second time coming here. The first time I got the chicken burger with fries and it was super delicious! I just got the tofu sandwich for lunch and it was amazing as well, super fresh and tons of great flavor. It came with raw jicama fries too. The people that work here are friendly, the ambience is super cute, and I will definitely be coming back here!

Cool little hipster coffeehouse off the main drag- great coffee, and nice easy open layout. Great to take a break from the beach and enjoy a chat

Great place, just a little hard to find. Set back from the main Street which is good I think. Great WiFi, great place to hangout or get work done.

Very cool spot. Airy, clean, bright and beautifully decorated. I felt like I was transported from Mexico and in California. You can tell they put some effort and love into the atmosphere. The menu is fully Vegan and they have a great selection of juices, smoothies, coffee, meals etc. We had a few tings and they were all amazing. I felt light and airy afterwards. Nothing is heavy and greasy. Coming back many times for sure!

Best meal we've had on our trip! Such imaginative, healthy food!
