Amazing stay at La Réserve Genève. The staff really makes the difference, front office and restaurant teams were welcoming, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. On our second morning at breakfast, they remembered exactly what we had ordered the day before and asked if we wanted the same again, which was such a nice touch. The spa facilities are excellent, and a special mention to Jessica, who was fantastic during my facial. Excellent service, great attention to detail, and a hotel that truly makes you feel recognized. Rooms are very spacious, beautiful views. Amazing place! if you need to surprise someone, bring then to La Reserve Geneva and the hotel will make it truly special for you!

I had a wonderful stay at La Réserve Geneva. The place is calm, elegant and beautifully located. The staff friendly and helpful, the room clean and comfortable. The food was excellent-their Peking duck is unbeatable. I also loved the spa and the peaceful atmosphere. A great hotel-I'd happily stay again.

They are the best. The service is exceptional and the experience very memorable. Everyone is very kind, professional and always at your disposal. The groomsmen especially always put water bottles in our car before we picked it up and even cleaned our windshield! The rooms were very cozy and had a very familiar environment. We were provided with many amenities and gifts for the kids. They even gifted us personalized plates for the dog! The food in the restaurant was great along with the service. I strongly recommend staying in La réserve when visiting geneva. It's an experience!

Words can’t express just how incredible this hotel was! We stayed there with my family for 3 days and everything was truly amazing ! The breakfast was great and their restaurant Loti was fantastic with big variety in their menu and a very tasty kids menu as well ( the lava cake is the best I’ve ever had !). But I really can’t say enough about how good they are in welcoming and treating you as a guest . Honestly this was the best hotel in terms of hospitality and I have never seen such attention to detail before.They had welcome treats for all of us including our dog and goodies bags for all kids and the dog !Their front office and concierge team is wonderful and everyone in the hotel was very polite and helpful. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!!

I have been a regular guest for years as well as a member of the spa as well. There is not a best Hotel than La Réserve. Every thing is perfect, location, facilities, rooms, dining but what makes your stay even better is the staff. They are always eager to do everything they can to make your stay better

The sought after "Forman family" 5 star for a hotel. Not an easy accomplishment. One that requires perfection in all facets of the most challenging service industry. La Reserve is not in my opinion the absolute best location nor is the architecture the most beautiful. But, where they may be weak in those categories, they make up the distance and more by providing amazing service, spa and culinary experience offered to there guests. We had the pleasure of staying in the resort for a couple weeks during our daughters involvement with a Juilliard music program in Geneva. You know when you have reached the height of of customer service when all the staff addresses you by name and has a sincere concern for your well being. That is how we felt by the time we had to depart. Like making a new family. We will be in Geneva next summer and for sure we will be staying at La Reserve.

Two stars for a very minor, short experience in the grand scheme of things but hopefully this review shows management a flaw in their training systems or perhaps their communication with customers. I came into the bar at 9pm needing a quick espresso after being awake for 30+ hours traveling here and I wanted twenty -- yes 20 -- minutes for an espresso. There were dozens of servers running around for just as many customers so I can't imagine they were short staffed. Moreover, numerous servers came by every few minutes to ask me if I wanted anything only to tell me oh yes the espresso is coming "toute de suite." I think it's just too too long to wait for an espresso at this caliber of establishment which is supposed to be customer service oriented. I'm just baffled and disappointed. That said, the espresso came with four declines shortbread cookies which I ate all of. Haha. The grounds are beautiful and the patio has a view of the lake, on the plus side.

First time visiting in La Reserve Geneva after my husband was there in winter for business and he kept raving about the hotel. I was excited to experience it and many things are a standout such as the location, the spa, the staff and the cleanliness! I cannot day e ought about the beautiful property with a gorgeous pool and lake area! The boat driver Edwin took us to town and it was a gorgeous and fun journey with him! Also the water Ha ha sweet Caroline was amazing I've taken water classes all over the world and she had some moves I've never seen before and the stretch class with Natalie was so wonderful to start my Sunday morning when it was perfect and it's thoughtful beginning and challenging middle and satisfying end! Concierge was amazing both at night and during the day they helped us organize dinner and transport and when we lost our glasses they went all out to find them! The one problem we had was the smallness of our room closet - it was way too tiny to accommodate my husband and my clothing and we were disappointed not to have more space to unpack and keep our clothing organized. We complained and were offered another room at an additional $800 per night - way too much. We did enjoy our stay very much.

I wish I had stayed here instead of at the Ritz Carlton in Geneva. I spent the entire day at the Spa before my evening flight. It was heavenly. The service is top notch and the facility was exceptional tranquil and beautiful, very relaxing. The have proper lockers and amenities in the dressing room and that was helpful since I was all packed to travel... I can't remember but Valet parking is covered if it rains and again the service, meals, hotel and the hotel grounds are what an American would really appreciate... You would not think you could find great spa service in Europe but this spa and hotel caters and appreciates their guests.

La reserve, has a special feeling when u r there! Homy and cozy! It has the only spa in Geneva I ever would go! more then just hotel and spa... These days... In the evenings it is full and usally with beautiful girls that don't quite belong there!

Amazing restaurant with a vast range of delicious foods. The hotel it's self is very nice. Hosting is good and food comes reasonably quick. I went to South Africa a few years back and on the safari there was a main restaurant where everybody would eat and I felt like I was there again. Definitely going to go back some time in the near future
