Nothing but wonderful. Good food! Angus beef burger was superb to the bite! They have different yummiest choices in their menu. Steak... you name it, they have it with respectful staff and service is superb. Right in front of the beautiful ocean view and sea breeze if you decide to have your food served outside. Parking is not a problem.

The location is amazing. Some of the staff are very friendly others are not and act annoyed when they need to answer questions. The hotel is dated which would be fine if it was cleaned better. The bathroom is small and could be cleaner. The faucet in the sink is loose and do not expect a warm shower. The bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was included and was okay, but not great. If we stay again we will probably be able to find something nicer in the same price range.

Give it three stars, because I had the largest room with a balcony for two overlooking the sea. It's ok, on the clean side, everything is old. Some hot water, no toiletries, overpriced, Staff is nice. Location, good. Good ac

We stayed for 1 night last June 30. We chose this hotel because of it's location. It is close to the pier & it is right in front of the promenade in Dumaguete, the facade looks good and it is close to restaurants, banks, almost everything. We reached the hotel by the local tricycle. I think we booked for executive deluxe w/o breakfast with seaview & balcony. There was no complimentary bottled water, etc. Lobby was cold but the ones you go up, lobby is not air conditioned. Our room was very hot when we entered. We can hear the noise from the street because of the poor soundproof. The toilet is not too clean. There is obvious stain on the toilet bowl. There was only 1 floor rug in the toilet that I think, has been there for a while unlike those hotels that we've stayed that there is a separate floor towel that is new and that you only decide if you will use it or not. They only provide soaps and shampoo. I asked for a late check-out till 1pm so we will have ample time to get ourselves ready after a very tiring day. We were given till 12:30pm which is good enough. The worst thing is was, it did not serve it's purpose because when we were preparing to get a shower, we found out that there was no water to use. We asked the hotel staff & we were told that they missed to check the water tank & even no water in their kitchen plus they are not sure until what time the problem will be solved. They are still calling the maintenance staff who is not onsite. Knowing that we only have until 12:30pm, we decided to just leave the placed and not to wait for something unsure. We just washed our face & brushed out teeth using the water bottle we bought from outside shops. It was such a HORRIBLE experience. We've been to lets of different hotels, 5 stars & even just to ordinary ones, even just pension houses but we have never experienced such. WE WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN!

The place is quite homey with their wooden floors but definitely not as comfortable and does not compensate on the amount being paid. Beds are so old, I can feel the spring coming out. The pillows are so old as well, its like 2 or 3pillows stuffed into one and its as hard as rock. Very very uncomfortable for a tired guest . No water glasses, no toothbrush, no basic needs every room in a 3 star at least should have. And the CR bowl, sorry but it yellowish and unclean. I dont mind the noise outside as I'm expecting it since Im in a room just across the road and the shore. Quite a view to enjoy. The hotel looks good outside but frustrating inside.

the restaurant is cozy w/ good food! for a small hotel by the boulevard, this one is wonderful enough. they have 4 or 5 outside tables that is the smoking area, but still setup like the tables inside! Superb! Well the rooms are aged. A/C at 217 even has scotch tape on the grills and it does not seem to be responding to the remote control anymore hehe

Overall our stay was comfy: Pros: - excellent customer service, very friendly staff! - the location of the hotel is walking distance from pretty much the entire city center - located at the famous boulevard - very good Globe LTE coverage even inside the rooms Cons: - it was expensive considering most of the stuff inside the rooms are outdated (except the AC's) - WiFi is really weak, I only used it to update my apps overnight while I slept - the hotel is pretty much outdated considering the asking price of the accommodation - breakfast is very expensive which ranges around PHP 350 - hot shower for the most part was not working

This place is a joke for nearly $50/night. Occupying a prime location on the waterfront and close to plenty of hotspots for food and drinks (plus, a short walk to the port), the price-to-value ratio just doesn't match up. The "deluxe" room for 2,350 PHP ($47) is tiny and the bathroom is just a joke... Seriously, I want to meet the person who designed it, saw the end product and said: "Yeah, this seems good." You have to carefully plan and perform acrobatic acts if you want to close/open the bathroom door. And the water pipe is so close to the sink bowl that washing your hands is an exercise in patience and frustration. Redeeming features: Location & decent wifi (not necessarily in all rooms).
