Great hospitaliy. Outstanding and helpful owner couple. Always felt warm welcome! Great location in the middle of Bo Kaap area. Good fully cooked breakfast. Always felt safe! Even street guard present next door. Many restaurants close by in walking distance. Very good value for money. Will come back for sure.

La Rose B&B is a great place to stay in Cape Town. Good location; lovely accommodation, private, quiet, very comfortable bed and super clean. The best part was being able to converse over breakfast with Yoann and other guests. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to others. I am on older, single, female traveler and it’s nice to find accommodation like this.

I really loved the place, and the service was brilliant. The only two things that where a little bit less pleasant: there where some kind of bugs in the bathroom and in my room - I found out when I took a shower in the morning and when I packed my bag to leave. They where in the shower, in the sink and on the ground but luckily enough not near the bed :-) and in the night, I did not feel very safe around the B&B, in the neighborhood… I know you can’t really help but this made my stay just a little bit less pleasant. But within La Rose I felt perfectly safe, you were all so kind and friendly and the bed and the breakfast where perfect! Thank you so much and I hope this comment will help you. Maybe see you next time, good luck in the future - also for your daughter in France!

We had a fantastic stay at La Rose. We loved the neighborhood, our host, the neighbors, staff and the design of the house. It's a very cosy place to stay and the breakfast in the morning is delicious and a lovely time spent at a large communal table. We would definitely come back here and highly recommend La Rose to anyone who likes a more personable experience.

We loved La Rose . The ambience is warm and welcoming . Breakfasting with other guests at the trestle table was always interesting and fun . We highly recommend the place .

My mom and I spent two nights at La Rose and the experience was truly incredible! The staff was so welcoming and professional, the breakfast was delicious and the room we stayed in (Lilac) was stunning! Highly recommend this establishment for locals and tourists alike!!

This place is an absolute little gem, right in the heart of the wonderful authentic and colourful Bo-Kaap. Perfect for walking just about anywhere in the city. The hosts were brilliant, welcoming and a wealth of knowledge. We tried out almost all of their recommendations and were not disappointed. Breakfast time is key to meet you with other guests, and the hosts, to gather everyone's ideas and thoughts on what they have seen and done. Plus, breakfast is delicious homemade yoghurt, fruit, fresh bread, eggs, homemade jam, mango juice and fresh coffee which is perfect to start the day off right. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are wonderful in helping to keep the place looking great and making us feel safe and looked after! We highly recommend!
