Honestly, this hotel was such a dream! From the moment we arrived, it felt stylish but also really warm and romantic. The views are stunning, and there are plenty of cozy little corners and common areas to just relax and enjoy. The staff seriously went above and beyond—they were all so kind and made sure every detail was perfect, which made us feel super taken care of. And the breakfast? Completely homemade, fresh, and absolutely delicious. It felt like pure comfort to wake up to that breakfast every day. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

A true gem in the heart of Tuscany! Staying at this boutique hotel was nothing short of magical. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the warmth and soul of the place—it’s not just a hotel, it’s a labor of love. Every corner is thoughtfully designed, with incredible attention to detail that makes you feel both at home and completely spoiled. The rooms are beautifully curated, blending Tuscan charm with subtle elegance, and every element—from the linens to the lighting—has clearly been chosen with care. The garden, the scents, the soft music, the breakfast… everything speaks of someone who genuinely loves what they do and wants guests to feel special. What truly sets it apart is the atmosphere: calm, intimate, and full of character. You’re not just staying somewhere—you’re being welcomed into a space that’s been nurtured with heart. I can’t recommend it enough. A place to return to, again and again.

This place feels quietly luxurious without trying too hard—beautiful, relaxed, and deeply comfortable. It’s like staying in someone’s well-designed country home, but with just the right amount of privacy and space to feel completely at ease. The whole experience is unstructured in a way that lets you fully unwind.||Pro tip: Here’s what I found—while other towns like Montepulciano were nice, I’m not sure they were worth the drive when you could just spend lazy afternoons here, in Pienza, or at a nearby winery. I also loved a few hours at the thermal spa at Adler—super accessible and well worth it.||If you’re looking for something that feels authentic, grounding, and low-key beautiful, this is it.

This place is a hidden gem in the Tuscan countryside. Sisters Gabriella & Simonetta warmly embrace all guests with their effortless hospitality and achingly chic design aesthetic. You really have to experience La Saracina to understand its charms - you won't be disappointed. We return again and again to what now feels like a home from home.

This is a dream come true experience just outside of Montepulciano. About a 5 minute drive from this home/hotel to the city. The room was like a spa, the grounds like a forest escape, and the breakfast like a buffet of a 5 star restaurant (with a wood burning fireplace). The owner/host, Gabriella, was a delight, as was the staff (Monica, etc). Come and enjoy this paradise!|VictorB

We stayed at La Saracina for 2 nights and had such an amazing stay. The rooms are so beautifully furnished and the estate is absolute paradise with all the olive trees, vineyards, rosemary and lavender bushes aswell as the beautiful view from the breakfast room! ||||We are animal lovers, so the three estate dogs that run around the property are such a thrill and add to the nice atmosphere! ||||A few times a week, La Saracina offers an amazing dinner service which is highly reccommended! ||||Breakfast selection is a quite limited (you won’t find eggs &bacon) but the atmosphere makes up for it and the cappuccinos are amazing!

La Saracina is such a special place, it's almost too good to share this secret corner of Tuscany. However, we love it so much that we have decided to share it with our loved ones for our wedding in spring 2020 and will continue to return for years to come. We have visited the property in the spring, summer, and autumn, and all have been amazing stays.||||The property is gorgeous and includes centuries-old almond and olive trees, views of Pienza and the surrounding hills, well-maintained landscaping with small surprises of rosemary, thyme, lavender, and roses in every corner, an inviting pool with comfortable loungers and hammocks, and an honesty bar/lounge in a chic and private space. The breakfast room and seasonal outdoor dining table are beautifully styled each morning. Eggs and coffee are made to order, and there's an abundance of local cheeses, charcuterie, yogurt, homemade granola and breads, fresh fruits and juices, and straight-from-the-oven cakes each morning. Gluten-free, dairy-free, etc guests are looked after with extra care.||||The rooms are impeccably furnished and decorated and are each a bit unique. The furnishings have a Restoration Hardware-like, luxury farmhouse feel. We have stayed across the standard, suite, and apartment categories, and all have been terrific with inviting beds, plush bedding and towels, spacious bathrooms, and plenty of room to store luggage and hang clothing.||||If you are fortunate enough to be there during one of their organized dinners in the summer, jump at the opportunity! There's an abundance of food, starting from free-flowing prosecco and snacks at aperitivo to a 3-course meal prepared by a local chef they bring into the kitchen. The quality rivals what we’ve enjoyed at some of the best (including Michelin) restaurants in Tuscany.||||The owners and staff that look after La Saracina are perfectionists about providing luxurious spaces, services, and amenities to their guests. All items around the hotel are carefully selected and placed, and no detail goes overlooked. Simonetta, the owner and day-to-day manager, is very generous with her time and happy to provide advice on places to visit and eat, and will make all your bookings for you on the spot. She grew up in the area and is well-connected, especially to the best restaurants and wineries, and will often get you specialized service wherever you go.||||The room prices might be higher than what you’d spend at a local agriturismo, but without a doubt, a stay at La Saracina is 100% worth it!

We just realized we never put up a review for our exceptional stay at La Saracina last July. |This is one of the most beautiful, authentic and charming places we have seen during our travels. Our room was gorgeous - from the linens to the candle holders, everything was designed tastefully. The owners made us feel welcome from the minute we drove in, and we loved every single one of their recommendations in the area. |The house is set in the most amazing landscape. They have bees, and vines, orchards and lavenders. Throughout the property and the guest experience, they have found ways to incorporate elements of the environment, making you feel like a true immersion in the nature of Tuscany.|The breakfast is a delightful experience, with selected products from the region, and delicious home made smoothies, breads, cakes, and compotes. |Thanks for a magical stay! We fell in love with the place and would certainly go back.
