La Siesta Hoi An Resort & Spa

My stay at La Siesta, where I stayed for my mother's 60th birthday, was truly a relaxing and happy experience. The welcoming drink at the charming reception was wonderful. From the moment I entered my room, the comfortable atmosphere allowed me to relax. Pool access was also great, and I felt that each and every space of the resort was well-maintained. Ms. Hang, in particular, always greeted me cheerfully and took great care of me from beginning to end, making my stay truly enjoyable. I look forward to seeing her again. Although it was a short stay, I felt deeply recharged. This is a resort I'd love to return to next time I visit Hoi An.

We stayed at La Siesta for our stop in Hoi A during our tour holiday of Vietnam.The first person I met and was greeted by was a Ms Hang who received us into the hotel, an excellent ambassador for the hotel who set a very high bench mark in customer service. She stood out for the period of out stay. In fact every member of staff followed her lead, extremely polite, always helpful and made for an excellent stay. One of our party (of four), it was her birthday and Ms Hang had arranged a nice welcome / display into their room by the housekeeping staff. The rooms were excellent and clean. Breakfasts were excellent. A very impressive and well run hotel where the client / customer service came first. We had. Very nice view over some paddy fields to the rear of the hotel, which overlooked a very nice swimming pool, of which there were a few at the hotel. Thank you very much. Regards Dusty Miller

We honestly loved everything about this hotel. From the very beginning, we were greeted warmly and felt so welcome. Every single staff member was kind and helpful, from the reception staff to the cleaning crew, the restaurant workers, the spa workers, etc. Everyone went over the top to make us feel cared for. We stayed in one of the premium rooms above the Temple restaurant, and it was spacious and exceptionally clean. We ate at the Red Bean for the street food buffet one night, and it was outstanding--great variety of food, wonderful music, a serene setting outside. Unbelievable! And then we ate at the Temple every morning. They have a great breakfast buffet with lots of hot and cold options. We also had dinner at the Temple one night, and the menu is top notch. The location is great because you are on the edge of town, so it's easy to walk to all the action or catch a Grab, but it's not in the chaos. The hotel feels like a wonderful oasis to come back to after a busy day of tourist activities because it's so peaceful and serene. The pools are clean and beautiful, and all the grounds are well cared for. We went to the spa and had amazing massages as well. We were sad when our 5 nights were up and we had to leave. I would recommend this place for couples or for families. It's one of our favorite places we have ever stayed around the world.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful and comfortable stay for three nights at this resort. The resort manager Tran made our trip even more special. He speaks great English and took great care of us throughout our stay. We were a little disappointed that mango wasn’t included in the regular breakfast, but thanks to Tran, we were able to enjoy mango as well ❤️ He also recommended some great local restaurants and always greeted us with a bright smile, which made us feel very welcome. The poolside food was delicious, and the French fries were especially amazing ❤️❤️❤️ We honestly felt like we could spend the whole day just relaxing inside the resort. If we visit again, we would definitely love to stay at La Siesta agai Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful experience! We stayed at La Siesta Resort & Spa, Hoi an, Vietnam. Beyond being one of the most beautiful and charming resorts we’ve ever experienced, every aspect was just perfect. Starting with the room: spotless and impeccably clean, a king size indulgent bed, and even a pillow menu for optimal comfort, and a perfectly equipped bathroom with both shower and a free standing bathtub — pure pleasure. Breakfast deserves its own spotlight: an impressive variety of dishes where everyone can find something they love, all fresh, beautifully presented, served in two inhouse restaurants. And then there’s the service - truly outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to anticipate our needs and requests, always with a genuine, warm smile. They constantly checked in to make sure everything was perfect, offered help even before we asked. Whether at the pool, the restaurant, housekeeping, or reception - this level of attentiveness is rare. For anyone considering it: we recommend this resort wholeheartedly and without hesitation.

When your hotel reception is so good that you change your vacation plans for next year 😅 We travel a lot. We spend at least 45 nights a year in hotels all over the world. La Siesta has become our number one favorite hotel – mainly because of Guest Manager Remi. Remi is incredibly hospitable and helpful. He gave us invaluable tips for Hoi An. He makes this hotel a truly first-class establishment. All the staff are incredibly friendly. The breakfast is one of the best in the world. The coffee was incredibly delicious. Dinner at Red Bean was outstanding. Our room has direct pool access and is one of the nicest we've ever had. We've rarely been so impressed with a hotel. This hotel is simply magnificent. We're booking for next year right away!

The service crew is simply fantastic. Sang, Quyen and Phuong are just wonderful. Cordial, caring, engage in conversations. Some of the best we’ve experienced anywhere in the world. The resort itself is well spread out, with two great restaurants and absolutely lovely food. Especially the Red Bean with its local cuisine. Don’t miss the spa and the male Masseuse is brilliant. The room designs vary a lot. Yet neat and clean and good for two people. There are multiple pools spread around the property. I think there are 4 strewn around. Great place. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

I had a wonderful stay at La Siesta Resort. The facilities were beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was very well maintained. I would especially like to thank Chloe for her exceptional kindness and professionalism. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Her thoughtful service made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Thanks to Chloe, our experience here was truly special. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I will definitely come back again!
