La Siesta Hoi An Resort & Spa

A fantastic experience overall! Our room were luxurious and beautifully finished with a stunning view over the pool and surrounding rice fields. Our bed and pillows were super comfortable, so we slept really well. The staff were very attentive and thoughtful, catering to our every need. Vi Vi in particular was extremely kind and helpful, looking after us so well and giving us great recommendations for food and things to do around Hoi An. The location was the best of both worlds, near enough to walk to the Old Town in 10/15 minutes but far enough outside to feel peaceful and rural. There were other nice facilities as well including two gyms and a pool table. The complimentary breakfast was extensive and delicious. We had a tremendous stay here and were sad to leave after just two nights. Would highly recommend La Siesta for anyone visiting Hoi An!

Exceptional, world-class service and food. One of the finest hotels i have stayed at anywhere in the world. There was a river flood here a few weeks ago and you wouldn't know it. Hang, the service manager, took very good care of us. Beautiful colonial architecture. The staff speak English, which was good for us. Resort is not over-booked, so you can find a seat at the pool or the restaurant anytime. Paradise.

La Siesta We stayed 3 nights at La Siesta as a family of 4 and we loved our time there despite the rain and flooding surrounding the hotel. All staff were so friendly and very helpful in keeping us dry and well looked after. The rooms are lovely, cosy and very clean. The food at Red Bean Restaurant is outstanding. We also enjoyed excellent massages at the Spa. A big shout out to one particular staff member Hang Nguyen who made our stay so much more enjoyable. She suggested places to visit and eat and shared her local knowledge which helped us greatly. We can’t wait to stay at La Siesta again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at La Siesta in Hoi An. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing. Every member of the hotel staff presented themselves beautifully and represented the La Siesta brand exceptionally well. They were consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive to every guest need, which truly created the hotel’s calming atmosphere. Because of the recent floods in Hoi An, our room was upgraded, and the one we received was outstanding.||We dined at the Red Bean restaurant each evening, and the food there was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond for us. Lan, the assistant manager, greeted us by name every day and always took a moment to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. Ngan, one of the many wonderful hosts at the restaurant, welcomed us with a smile and a warm, positive attitude each night. The staff really were extraordinary.||The hotel’s location was ideal—just a 10–15 minute walk to the ancient town, which was truly beautiful.||We visited shortly after the floods, and given the amount of work the staff must have put into restoring the hotel, we were amazed by how special they made our stay. It’s an experience we’ll never forget.||From the moment we checked in to every interaction throughout our stay, everything was fantastic. This resort was perfection! The service from ALL of the staff is simply exceptional, they are kind and helpful. The location is really wonderful, a 15 minute walk into the old town or a couple of minutes drive (cost about 50 vnd), on the edge of Hoi An, alongside beautiful rice fields. The two restaurants on site are actually so wonderful, high quality food and amazing cocktails and drinks (with daily happy hour). The spa on site is truly incredible, I went there twice and they treat you so well. It was a dream. I genuinely can’t think of a better place to stay when in Hoi An and I really can’t wait to return here one day.

This lovely resort hotel worked hard to clean up after recent devastating floods in Hoi An and had only opened the day before we arrived. Everything was almost back to normal apart from a couple of areas eg the spa and a couple of pools and nothing impacted our enjoyment of our five night stay there. An upgrade to a suite after the first two nights was greatly appreciated. All staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention goes to Chloe who went out of her way to look after us and organised a birthday celebration cake and room decoration for me. Another special mention goes to Ngan in the restaurant - she was always cheerful and friendly and looked after us at breakfast most mornings

We recently stayed at La Siesta Hoi An with our family after spending time at the 5-star Hyatt Regency. From the very beginning, Tran welcomed us with such warmth and genuine kindness that immediately made us feel at home. Throughout our entire stay, she consistently checked if everything was comfortable and ensured that we had no inconveniences at all. Her attentiveness and professionalism were even beyond what we had experienced at a 5-star resort. I truly believe the quality of a hotel is defined by the people who work there, and Tran is the perfect example of that. The hotel itself was wonderful, but it was her exceptional service that made our experience unforgettable. Because of Tran, we would gladly return to La Siesta Hoi An again.

Wow what a hotel! As someone who spends a lot of time in Hotels, La Siesta Hoi An was incredible! If I am back in the Hoi An area, La Siesta is where I will be staying. Incredibly friendly staff, great amenities, great location. But its the design and decor that sets this place apart. A truly boutique luxury feel. 100% recommend.
