La Siesta Hoi An Resort & Spa

I had a mostly wonderful stay at La Siesta. The room was spacious, full of natural light, with a very comfortable bed and a great soaking tub. Housekeeping was excellent, and the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The grounds were beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere.||However, there were refurbishments happening on my floor for several days, with noise, paint smells, and tools/materials in common areas. It would’ve been appreciated to receive notice or be offered a quieter room. Also, while the breakfast was outstanding, the room service and poolside food were disappointing by comparison.||Overall, a beautiful resort with excellent service—just a few things to improve for a more seamless experience.

From the very first moment of booking, our stay at La Siesta Hoi A Resort & Spa was a joy. The reservations process was smooth and reassuring, with Ms. Thao Dam patiently walking us through the options. ||||Upon arrival, we were truly whisked away into a world of warm hospitality. Every team member greeted us with such genuine care, but a special mention must go to Hoang from Guest Relations, whose attention to detail and thoughtfulness ensured that every step of our family holiday went smoothly. We always felt looked after, and it was this level of care that allowed us to relax and fully enjoy ourselves.||||The resort itself is a gem. The grounds are beautifully maintained with lush gardens, tranquil corners, and multiple pools — perfectly balancing peace and easy access to Old Town. Our Executive Duplex Suite in the Club Wing was spacious and beautifully designed, with a mezzanine bedroom, roomy living/dining area, and a balcony looking out over rice fields. It was incredibly comfortable and ideal for our family, with an extra bed prepared for our daughter.||||Dining was a highlight, with Temple Restaurant offering food at very fair prices compared to outside, and excellent service from Hau and Yem. The spa was equally special — calming, restorative treatments from Linh, Thuy, and Hong, with Hong at the spa reception leaving the warmest impression with her soft-spoken grace. ||||A lovely surprise came from the Kids Club, where Gaang played chess with our daughter and even taught her how to make a lantern, giving us a memory she treasures.||||While we’ve mentioned many names, there were countless other team members whose efforts made our stay unforgettable — each deserves recognition. We left La Siesta Hoi An feeling recharged, cared for, and truly impressed. It has left a lasting mark on us, and we will recommend it wholeheartedly. We sincerely hope to return soon to relive the magic.

We traveled with my child and the staff service was truly excellent. Due to my son's carelessness, he dropped his stuffed animal somewhere on the hotel grounds. When I told the staff, they kindly went to retrieve it and brought it back to our room. Thank you so much for your kindness. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Especially Sang, Quen, Emily were brilliant! The staff asked us if we needed anything during breakfast, which made for a very pleasant start to the day. We would definitely like to revisit this hotel if we have the chance again.

Wonderful room and delicious breakfast with lots of variety and plenty of vegan options. I had a full body tension and hot stone massage at the spa and it was up there with some of the best I have ever received. Highly recommend. The therapists are careful to explain each oil and treatment options and their benefits to give you the most tailored and suitable experience possible. I feel like a new woman after my stay!

I stayed in the club wing of La Siesta, and it was one of the most enjoyable resort experiences I’ve had. The breakfast wasn’t just delicious — I especially liked the variety of fresh fruits and the local dishes — but it was also served in a bright, comfortable space that made mornings feel relaxed. The swimming pools were well-kept with clear water; I found myself going back and forth between the infinity pool for the view and the quieter pool near the club wing, which felt more private.||What made the stay truly memorable, though, was the staff. Everyone I met was warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I especially want to thank Manager HOA — she was not only kind but also very professional, and her thoughtful care made a real difference during my stay. Thanks to her and the team, the whole process felt easy and welcoming from the moment I checked in. I left with such a good impression that I’m already planning to come back to Hoi An and spend more time here.

The one thing that stands out from this beautiful hotel is the staffs attitude. WOW, each and every staff member that I engaged with was 110% happy to be of service. They were just so friendly and positive. A massive shout out to Tháo at the Red Bean restaurant, Háng at the Temple restaurant, and their managers Săng & Tien. Beautiful ladies with a strong sense of service. Thanks for a great stay 👍🏾

We booked the club wing which I highly recommend. This option has larger rooms and you get options like a pillow menu to choose different style pillows for neck issues & the choice to eat at both restaurants for breakfast. The pools here are amazing - the salt water pool is always warm and the infinity pool is peaceful and great for swimming laps. There’s a free bicycle hire and shuttle bus options to the town and the beach. Great for families or couples. We will be back and we loved Chloe and how helpful and kind she was from the moment we checked in and always looking after us. We will be back!!
